Called on a Friday mid day and man came to Birchwood. Had to go back and get a motor, but a real bad thunderstorm hit and he called and said he would be late. I told him if can’t do then come tomorrow. Tomorrow was Saturday and he had to go though entire unit and find a blockage. All work was completed and teck was very professional. It being in upper 90’s and real humid I couldn’t ask any more to receive a thoural completed task. I recommend this company anytime.

Interesting to see the good and bad reviews - one end to the other. My air went out at 4 pm with outside temp 98. I called at 5 pm in a panic. Personable and very helpful person answered the phone - instant rapport. She had someone out to my house within 2 hours!! He said compressor was out and, instead of trying to make me buy a new one, he fixed some part, added some coolant and cleaned out the unit. Gave me advise on how to take care of it. Sure it cost a bit but worth every penny.

I couldn't be more pleased with the job All American Heating and Air did for us. We ordered a unit on Thursday, and they installed it on Saturday! The guy spent all day getting my unit installed, and still had more house calls to make when he left. Apparently, they work long hours to accommodate their customers. I can't believe anyone could give a bad review for these kind people. They are best contractors I have had at my house in years.

I honestly don't even know where to begin. Reading through all these reviews basically told me that the HVAC techs at this company are incompetent and their excuse is always "the thermostat is faulty". After saying that, they make me look like an idiot because I'm actually asking questions about what's going on with the AC. Plus how are you going to tell me that you have "20+ years of experience in this industry" but not know how to operate a simple Nest thermostat? Shame because I installed that thermostat myself and had it work with the HVAC unit too prior to them coming over and screwing it all up!

Secondly, they have no communication between all the other HVAC techs in terms of wiring and what they installed. Come to find out when getting my air fixed through my landlord, there was apparently "not enough wires" for a simple Nest thermostat, but it had been operating perfectly with no issue before. You would think that a smart thermostat would have told you that you have missing wires.

But honestly, I'm whatever at this point. System worked just fine before but somehow its a thermostat issue, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and got a brand new thermostat after they had installed a new compressor. The thermostat registered all the wiring but somehow a "fixed" HVAC unit still won't run, so they call in a new unit to be put in.

Was told by my landlord (after a phone call with the company) later that the breaker was on and the unit was faulty. Decided to go poking around the breaker that same day just to find that the breaker wasn't even turned back on after the repair. So I turned the breaker back on and magically the unit starts putting out cold air. These technicians can't even admit that they had made a mistake by forgetting to turn the power back on.

Please stop wasting your time and money with these folks because their problem solving skills are terrible. Creating more problems than fixing to be real honest. There's plenty other companies in Cleveland and Chattanooga that actually know how to diagnose a problem and fix it at the source. Bet these other companies won't be telling you a brand new Nest thermostat is faulty too even after I thoroughly read the user manual and spec sheet online.

They are excellent, they do excellent job. They replace my AC unit in less than 3 hours in a nasty and cold weather and they didn’t stop until it was done.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with All American Air Conditioning. After calling multiple, I was met with nothing but frustration and when they do come out they don’t do their work. They rarely answer their phone, and when they do, it feels like you’re talking to a wall. Save your time and money look elsewhere for reliable service. All American Air Conditioning is anything but professional.

If you are looking to get ripped off, this is the place to call. I have a rental property and I live out of town. I need someone i can trust. So I called all American thinking they were a good company. My unit is only 7 years old, the renters did not change the air filters and it caused a solenoid to burn out. All American came and said it was the blower motor. Since I was out of town I said go ahead and change it. Cost over 500 dollars. It messed up again less than two months later and they came back out to fix it. I don't remember what all they claimed was wrong they did say the blower motor was bad again so i had to replace it again supposedly. I am out of town so i have no clue what they did, it cost over 1500 that time. Less than a month later I had to have them come back out, they told me that time it was the outside condenser that was bad and the blower motor again. They were kind enough to offer me a used one they had at their shop and the total cost would only be around 3500. I told them to leave my property i wasn't letting them rip me off any more. Brian was the tech and Tommy was his boss. At first Tommy was going to try and make it right, but unfortunately at the nice cost of around 3500. I will never use this company again. Dishonest, crooks in my opinion. For a good ripoff fill free to call them.

To the person representing your company who pulled out in front of me on 20th st causing me to slam on my breaks just now and everything on my seats fly on my car floor, including my kids dinner, shame on you. Shows the integrity you have and how you choose to represent this business. My daughter screamed out loud. Think twice next time especially in a work vehicle. Shame on you 😔

All American was dispatched to my home under my home warranty for a non-working AC. The dispatch was supposed to be priority but my HW company did not mark it as priority. One call to All American and they had 2 techs at my house at 7pm. After replacing the capacitor, discharging freon from it being overfilled previously, and reattaching the fan blade to the motor we were good as new. The owner called to follow up with me the next morning to make sure we were taken care of and will be following up in a few more days to decide if we need to replace the unit.

The quick response, the care to follow up, and the efficient repairs blew me away. I'll be back for my replacement and maintenance!

My AC went out late into the afternoon on one of the hottest, most humid days we’ve had in Cleveland this year. First off, let me say the owners Tommy and Teresa are the best. I called and Teresa answered right away. She was kind and reassured me my AC would be fixed that very same day. Within just a couple short hours Tommy showed up at my door. He looked over the whole system, explained exactly what was wrong in an easy way for me to understand, but ended up having to run back out for a part. A big storm rolled through after he left so I figured he’d just reschedule for the next day.. But no! He came back that same evening to finish the job and did so efficiently. The level of care and effort by this business was just unbelievable. In the heat like we've had, they could’ve easily pushed me to buy a new unit, but instead they fixed what I had, gave me tips to keep it running longer, and treated me with complete honesty and care. I can’t say enough about this company. Tommy and Teresa truly care about their customers, and it shows. Don’t waste your time calling around, this is hands down the best heating and AC company in Cleveland.

We called All American after our old unit cut out on us during the coldest night of the year. They were out the next morning and had a really fast response in getting us a new unit and duct installed. We are extremely grateful for their help! Will be using them again!

This is the worst AC Company I have ever dealt with. I bought a mini Split unit 2 years ago from them for $2,400 and it stop cooling. They came out and kept giving me the run around. They put freon in it for 200 and it lasted 1 day. Mean while they have been here 6 times and everytime they have to leave and tell they would be back the next day. Its been a month they never come back. The last call I had they said they needed 800 more to replace the inside unit. As of now my unit is pull apart just sitting on the floor that's how they left it in a kids room. Never ever I mean ever use this company they are the worst. You have been warned.

We're thankful for the emergency service, prompt and polite service provided by Tanner Sunday. He was a great communicator of the issue and the resolution.

We have had the pleasure of utilizing Springdale Heat and Air services many times. However, this is the first time we have had to make a call due to a broken system. Our heat pump went down on a Sunday, on the coldest day so far this year, of course, we called Springdale. We called the regular line and left a message hoping for a call on Monday. They returned our call as soon as they opened on Monday morning ASAP! They had two technicians at our door within an hour and a half!!! The guys were super kind, knowledgeable, and informative, through the entire process! Thanks to their awesome service, we are warm and toasty for a VERY great price and they even gave us a discount because we use their bi-annual maintenance program. You should too!!!

What an outstanding company to do business with. Springdale shines with integrity from the reception staff up through and into the ownership. We have had two different techs out for two different issues. Most recently, Brandon did our bi-annual service. What an amazing demeanor! Absolute professional and knows his stuff. We are so grateful to have found a company with such great values! They truly put the customer first!

Here is a review for that sorry excuse of an electrician. I’m giving one star because he is rude unprofessional and refused to do his job. if I can give no stars I would, but unfortunately, he only gets one. He doesn’t even deserve that.

Springdale installers did a very nice job on the installation of the Mitsubishi mini split system inside and out. All of the employees were very nice and respectful, I tip my hat to all 4 of the guys that were here Evan, Jonny, Aidan & Shrek and no I didn’t get the last name wrong.
