Lee was the technician he was amazing.. went above and beyond trying to keep us cool! Ryan also came and decided what we needed and also brought us a portable room AC to use! He gave us an estimate which was great.. remember Springdale is the best! On Tuesday the guys arrived to install our new unit.Everything went smooth and by 2:30 it was turned on and started cooling perfectly! So happy with everything and everyone! The office staff was great too! Thank you Springdale Heating and Air!

Springdale Heating & Air was recommended to me by a friend who has a service contract with them. I elected to do the same for a very low cost. They came out to my home and inspected the entire system and reported everything was operating as designed.
No upsell, or recommendations for unneeded services.
I appreciate the honesty and professionalism from Springdale.

We’ve used Springdale for several years now and the service is always fantastic! This year we had Lee Anderson and he was super kind, patient and knowledgeable! He made sure to answer all my questions and explain anything I didn’t understand. Looking forward to seeing them next summer!

Andrew Bryant was very helpful and professional. Anthony T and Andrew F installed the new unit quickly and was also very helpful. I would recommend!

Don't trust this company, they told me the price and then did the work, I paid what they said I owed. A day later I get an e-mail "they said they told me wrong that the item they replaced was not under warranty after all and what I owed was over double what they said it would be". I had no choice but to pay since the work was all ready done. They never bothered to check for sure if it was or wasn't under warranty before the work.
I will never use this company again.

Had Springdale come out for a routine maintenance inspection of my unit. Lee A. Was my technician, and he was very thorough and spent extra time addressing some specific concerns I had. I will definitely be using Springdale for my HVAC needs going forward.

Matt and Trey came to our place yesterday to begin a process of figuring out a terrible smell in our home for the last month. They deduced pretty quickly that it wasn’t HVAC related but did make some adjustments on our system for some unrelated issues I never realized could be addressed. 👏👏👏 Before they left, Matt shared some information and suspicion that the smell could be sewage related. We live in condominiums and the unit next to us has been empty for nearly a year. I asked Matt if he would walk over to the other unit and see if it smelled like ours. He agreed and said it was so much worse than ours! Based on information that he shared, I went over to that unit when they left and flushed all the commodes and ran the showers and all the faucets. We haven’t smelled anything since!! Thank God! At this point I believe dry plumbing was the culprit. It’s been awful. I’m so grateful for the extra time Matt spent trying to help us figure out what was happening. Without that conversation, we would still be scrambling, trying to figure out what to do and living in a horrible, unsafe smell.

Kenneth was very prompt and professional. Was an expensive visit but not the company’s fault. Work will be completed by Wed. Have to replace HVAC. I would recommend this company.

Springdale is the ONLY company we have found that knows what they are doing. We will only use them. We have used them for maintenance and problems and they always get the job done right. Brandon has been the one doing our maintenance and he is always great. We had been missing a bolt for one of our units ( wasn't a major problem just an annoying sound) he had remembered that from the last time that he was at our house and snagged us the bolt we needed when they had a unit that was going to scrap. He carried it around in his truck until he had us again. They care about their customers.

From the salesman Ryan Black, to the ladies in the office, and to the front line workers who did the installation. They were very professional, personable, and friendly. They were on time and quality of work was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone wanting any type of HVAC work done.

After 2 months with no ac decided to try a different company and I’m so glad I did..wish I would found Springdale first..after only being there 30mins they found the problem replaced the fuse and by an hour they had my unit up and running!! Thank you Springdale!! Along with great customer service on the phone and when the 2 teachs arrived!! Thank you from the bottom on my heart!!

Brian and Joseph worked thoughtfully and diligently to install my new HVAC system. They explained what they were going to do and answered all my questions. They cleaned up after themselves. I appreciate all they’ve done for me.

Springdale did a great job making sure our hvac replacement went well. Not only that but they allowed our very curious and social 5 year old to tag along for most of the install and troubleshooting. He had a great day 😊 Thank you guys!

Will not call another company again. Had another company come out and tell me my unit needs replaced they can’t get parts for it. Called Springdale and they sent someone out same day. Trey come out and completely combed through my unit. The issue I was having proved to be a hard one to find but Trey was consistent and ended up figuring out the problem. Will definitely recommend them to anybody needing any hvac work done.
