I am happy with the work the man did.he did a great job. But the price was alot I didn't expect that the bill would be what it was
I expected half of what I was charged. 170 just to walk in the door. 537 for the work was alot of money that I didn't expect. Sorry I would not call your company again. If I knew it was gonna be that much I would have either waited till Monday or called someone else. But he did fix my problem. Expensive problem.

To put it simply, if you need HVAC service. You call these folks, they come out and fix the issue BOOM! Your house is is cool, your wife is happy and you know.
But to go into detail, Jake was great making sure everything was setup and Madison came out and was very professional. He got everything working, and for a very reasonable price.

Elite HVAC was an excellent choice to service my customers HVAC issues. They went to the store earlier than scheduled and fixed the issue quickly. Very happy with their service and response time. Definitely will use them again.

Our unit completely stopped working during our latest hot spell. Elite had a tech out the very next morning. Great service and Madison found the issue right away.

Madison, my Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. His service was very thorough and complete. He gave me a 50 point inspection letter that illustrated all of the items he checked. I have several other properties besides my personal home. I will surely ask Elite HVAC to help me keep those systems in top running condition.

Heat kept cutting off for over temp. I had replaced the cutoff limit switch myself and thought it fixed the issue. However after 2 weeks it started happening again. Jake came out and adjusted the placement of switch and tightened the crimps on all connections. He performed a full inspection and the unit has been running great.

Our tech, Mason, was awesome - informative, thorough and simply a nice guy. Via email, I received the detailed checklist he performed and the price was very reasonable. No hard sell on their Comfy Paws Club membership. I received an appointment reminder email the day before but it didn't state arrival time window; so it would be nice to get notification of the techs arrival time on the day of the via text.

Incredible service and care shown for the safety of my home and family. We had animals in the attic and Aaron of Elite scheduled an inspection within hours of the cleaning and desanitizing we had just done, making sure they had plenty of new flexible ductwork of the right size to immediately replace anything the animals had chewed through (should we choose to accept their quote).

Absolutely ask for Madison! He was professional, attentive, thorough very personable. Madison went above and beyond. After his inspection, he shared photos of our situation and talked with us about the options. He went straight to work making sure the ductwork was completely sealed (and further reinforced same, as the attic was to be insulated in a couple of days). Due to the extreme situation and health concerns, we had Madison install an ultraviolet scrubber to our HVAC system. There was no sales pressuring, just excellent service that made a HUGE impact.

They were awesome! The gentleman showed up and worked into the dark to make sure our u it was up and running! Very polite and professional. I recommend them to anyone!!!

Elite HVAC did an excellent job of installing the HVAC system and the vents in the ceiling.
The HVAC unit and compressor were top quality.

The guy who came to fix my unit was very nice on time and didn't even charge me for looking at it.. so much better than the guy from Dale's heating and air who actually took my part with him. In this day and age where a lack of punctuality, communication, or flat-out professionalism is running amok, Discount Heating & Cooling sets a bar above the rest. On both occasions the technician was not only on time, but early! Communication was excellent through and through and even the receptionist conducted herself in an utmost professional manner. Cost effective, efficient, thorough, professional, and on time (early!). I would give six stars if possible.

I do not leave many reviews but he has been one the most honest and stands by his work person I have met. He has replaced my AC and done work at my business. Referred him to a number of people just because he does good work and stands behind it.
