I contacted American Air after receiving a very high bid from a competitor. Based on all the 5 star reviews here, I surmised they were a good company. And they sure are. The crew installed a replacement heat pump in an efficient and orderly manner. They carefully protected my house and were very polite. The unit is working well, and this mechanical engineer recommends them without reservation.

I called them late on a Friday afternoon and they were at my house 9:00 am Sunday morning ahead of the schedule they had given me. The gentleman was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Horrible, unsafe drivers. I was behind one in the Decatur area today (8/17) and they were either on their phone consistently or drunk, running off of the road, crossing over yellow lines into oncoming traffic, not using turn signals, etc.

American Air HVAC has some extremely knowledgeable technicians and the office staff are very pleasant to deal with. The technician that assisted me was well worth every penny I spent. They show you everything they find and are very through about explaining everything. Thank you greatly for your services. I will always use them for any and all HVAC issues I have.

These guys are awsome. They installed my heat pump and they service my system. Customer service is great, I can get on the phone with a person when I have a concern.
