Very prompt and professional service with friendly employees. I have used this company for the past few years to install 2 new units and perform routine maintenance. I have been very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism they continue to provide. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

We lost the use of our heat pump on the first day of the recent heat wave (above 100 degrees) in our recently purchased house. As they were the ones who had installed the heat pump 3 years ago, we contacted Affordable Heating and Air. My husband has medical problems and they were out first thing in the morning. Robert answered all questions we had with amazing patience. He also cleaned and checked everything, replacing the control unit. I was very pleased with their consideration and will definitely continue to use their services.

We have a Goodman unit and these kind folks at Affordable were out to take care of our A/C issue during these record setting hot days. Rick was very nice, professional and kind. As I sit here now, I am enjoying a cool house while it’s 95 degrees outside! They charged a fair and reasonable price and let us know if we need anything else we can call on them. We are definitely going to go with the maintenance program to have our unit service twice a year. These are good people so do not hesitate to call with your HVAC needs!!

I have hired Affordable Heating and Air for several years and they have certainly earned my business. They have always responded as quickly as possible and provide excellent repair and installation service.

For example, Affordable Heating and Air installed a new unit at our house in Englewood about three years ago at half the price a local contractor quoted us, for the exact same unit, and they did an excellent job.

Just this week, 03/28/ and 03/29/2023, Brad and Casey promptly responded and repaired our new Tempstar unit that was installed in our new home by the HVAC sub contractor of America's Home Place who jacked it all up. Both Brad and Casey did an excellent job. These guys are always professional, very knowledgeable and just do their job right the first time. Both responded the same morning I called and I couldn't ask for better service. Thanks a mill for getting this done so quickly and for your pride of workmanship; that's why y'all are one of the best.

I cannot say enough good things about Brad and the Affordable team. When my air handler went out, they had Brad out there same day, and he kept my unit going til I could get a new one. Very affordable pricing for new!
The handler was quick to arrive, and they installed it right away.

Fast forward a couple of months, and my air unit on the outside stopped working. Brad was there literally just an hour or two later, and diagnosed the issue and fixed immediately!
If you need a new unit installed, maintenance or repair, you REALLY need to give these guys a call!

Affordable HVAC stands behind there warranties along with quality craftsmanship in installs. Thier units are VERY efficient and my power bill has substantialy declined. I plan to use them in the future as well as refer to others.

Don't usually bother with reviews, but when a company goes above & beyond, I have to respond. Many thanks to Brad Myers of Affordable HVAC. We bought a foreclosure & had Brad troubleshot our 20 year old unit. He made all necessary repairs & gave honest recommendations. No B.S., No hard sales pitch for new unit, just straight up service.
We will continue to use Affordable & Brad for all future HVAC needs.

A thorough inspection of the unit was completed,revealing that it was over 20 years old. A detailed quote for a complete system replacement was prepared within 24 hours. The change-out was completed promptly, and the staff was courteous and highly efficient throughout the process

Guy came out to look at giving me a quote to vent a garage heater. To be honest I didn't get a good feeling that the guy knew how to do this work. He kept referring to the manual for answers. He told me when he left that I should have a quote on Friday.

Well Friday came and went so I thought surely on Monday. This is Tuesday and I have tet to get anything from this contractor. Totally WASTED my time. If it takes this long to quote something I doubt they can actually do the work.

After the owner's response this is the Wednesday following the Monday you said you sent the estimate. I Have yet to receive anything from you, thus the bad review. And yes before you insult my intelligence further, I did check spam, trash, and junk folders and your supposed quote is no where!!!!

This is an accurate review of what transpired. Never got your email. Never got the quote.

Had unit routinely serviced and within 24 hours noticed that it was no longer cooling properly. Tech returned and informed that condenser fan had went bad. The cost of this was over $1100.

Mr.Matt, the service tech, was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to explain what problem that we had with our HVAC.

Central Heat & Air installed my new HVAC last week. Frank came for my estimate and helped me choose the right system for my home and answered all my questions. Justin & TJ installed the system and showed up on time and worked efficiently and professionally. I have several large dogs and they were both very patient as I moved them around to different areas so they could work around them. They did a great job cleaning my air ducts and cleaned up completely when they were done with the installation. I’m very happy with the company and will definitely use them again in the future for maintenance.

Technician was excellent, explained the maintenance he was performing and even managed to discover I had a problem with a propane tank as he walked by with his sensor on. Great job.

I have been with Central H&A since I purchased the house in 1993 & love the service as well as their maintenance program. I don't have to worry about when it needs service as they get in touch with me but also can call them anytime if I have questions or concerns.

Everyone from the office to the technicians are very friendly. They have serviced my mother's heat pump since the 80's. When we moved here, the only one we called was Central Heat & Air. That was 10 years ago.

The technician was very professional and nice! He was very knowledgeable about all the products.He recommended a part that would dissolve mold and mildew that we did not know about. He cleaned and serviced our unit and cleaned up afterwards! I will give them a high rating!

This was on January 7th 2026 & I extended my contract for another year - No reason to "Mess with Success"
