We just had our set of four mini-split units serviced. The service professionals were thorough, polite, and helpful. They came when they said they would. We were pleased.

Tony and his crew are fantastic to work with. Air went out on Monday afternoon. Dispatch was pleasant to work with and upfront advising it may be Wednesday before they are able to come out. Our technician Zack actually arrived Tuesday afternoon, diagnosed the problem, got the part and had our air running again by that evening! Couldn't be happier with all of our experiences with Central Heat & Air. Honest and fair, great experience overall. Highly recommend Tony and his team.

They are very knowledgeable and do a complete check of the unit. He found the problem and made an assessment, kept me informed of everything going on. I took the yearly service plan because my unit is older and I wanted a way to catch any future problems before they became big issues.

Central Heat & Air Co. technician, Nate, is very professional, timely, and courteous. Always does a great job and keeps me updated on the health of my HVAC system. The company has been great with timely reminders for upcoming maintenance without being bothersome. I highly recommend Central Heat & Air Co.

I have been very happy with services from Central heat and Air. Very professional, courteous and answered all my questions. I feel that he was very knowledgeable and took the time needed to get the job done. I would highly recommend this company.

The service was excellent but the price was very high compared to just 2 years ago. Two years ago this maintenance agreement for 2 inspections per year was $99. This year it cost $229 for the same 2 inspections. Why was the price so high? The inspection took about 15 minutes.

I am very pleased with the recent inspection and cleaning of my A/C unit performed by Central Heat & Air. As a member of their "Comfort Club," I appreciate the peace of mind that comes with the two thorough inspections included each year. The technician was polite, efficient, and professional throughout the visit. I also appreciated receiving detailed photos of the completed work via email, which added an extra layer of transparency and assurance. Highly recommend their reliable and attentive service!

Matt is outstanding! Exceptional customer service and technical skill. My son is interested in electrical and HVAC. While he worked, Matt took the time to talk to him about everything he was doing. Even my dogs love him!

My house was 109 degrees and couldn’t get it to cool. Called central air and the dispatcher was pleasant as always in my frenzy 😂
She dispatched Terry and he was at my house within the hour. He diagnosed the problem super fast. Turns out it needed a new thermostat which was something I was able to do. When I offered to pay he declined saying I’m a maintenance customer so there would be no charge!
I can’t thank you guys enough!
Terry was hands down the nicest guy ever and even said if I had any issues to call him and he come back by!

I wanted to make sure my HVAC unit is ready for the winter so I called Central Heat & Air Co. for my routine maintenance. I always request Terry Crackel because he has been to my home many times and is always very thorough with the inspection and cleaning of the HVAC system. Terry Crackel is the face I see that represents Central Heat & Air Co. and he does a great job. I trust him. That is the reason I request Terry when scheduling service. I'm an old man and typically a pretty good judge of character. Terry is a good guy and an asset to Central Heat & Air Co.
