Been doing business with them for years. Good people I never give reviews, but they have been given a 1 start by someone who literally says they have never been there... believe me when I tell you that you will not find a better electronics vendor in town.

Very friendly nice people doesn't take long to get unloaded.. wouldn't mind coming here again..

Fast unloading they are not 24/7 they start unloading around 7am open space

I had an after work hours emergency and gave HEP a call. I felt so bad about calling after hours but Joshua Sims reassured me that it was perfectly okay. He was very professional, courteous and even gave me some helpful information! He managed to save the day for me and I highly recommend him!!!

Amanda was very thorough in the research of our water pressure issue. She tested each stage of our water supply from the well pump through our filtration system. She did an amazing job and I would highly recommend her.

Brayden did a great job installing a new toilet but unfortunately he was faced with an experience of dealing with an episode of Alzheimer’s/dementia from my mother.He was soo sensitive and calm to her and she calmed down.Thank you Brayden and Thank you Hep for hiring such a great employee.Everyone Ive ever dealt with from Hep has been great.I recommend 100 percent
