I purchased a washer and dryer set from Anderson Appliance prior to moving to a new home. The move resulted in an issue with my washer. Anderson Appliance came to my home and repaired the washer in no time! Very impressed!!! They are easy to do business with, straightforward, and put service first! I would recommend this company to any one.

Mr. Robinson,
You had stated the appliances you were selling was of higher quality. When you brought them by our location they simply did not meet our quality standards. We do not buy appliances that are not in excellent condition and the ones you had just did not make the grade. We had also told you about our purchasing standard before you came to our store.

We have been in business for 23 years in Anderson County and we have made countless donations to our community, to schools, sponsored sports teams. Gave appliances to family who simply did not have the money to buy them. Repaired appliances at no charge for families in need. We take care of our community. We care about our customers and our community.

With that said, I hope you found a good home for you old rusty appliances. Maybe a good paint and body shop could use or restore them. Have a nice day.

When I called the first thing I asked was if the could work on LG washers. They said they did but not under warranty. I was fine with that so I scheduled them to come. He came on time which was great, he was very friendly but that's where the good service ended. He made my washer worse not better and now I have to get a new washer. If you have a newer washer I wouldn't suggest calling them. They aren't very knowledgeable about the newer washers.

I drove by and tried to stop in on a Wednesday and no one was there despite the signs and their page online saying they were open. No answer on the phone either. I was lucky enough that while I was there the owner just so happened to stop in and I was able to talk with him. Very nice and professional. He said they’re reduced hours and closed Wednesdays now. All well and good, but it should be listed online or at least in your voicemail.

I spoke with Doug Anderson TWICE. Even though he couldn’t work on our style of refrigerator , he gave me the name of someone who could. It turns out that the refrigerator is not worth repairing. So…….I called Doug back and asked what were the good brands and what were the bad ones. Again, he was very helpful and polite. This man took the time to talk to me twice without ever making a dollar. That is so hard to find these days 😊

Doug and the guys are always willing to offer top notch service and repairs! These guys have definitely made life easier on more than one occasion.

Doug and his shop are awesome. My go-to place for appliance parts and repair. I've bought many parts for my clothes washer and other appliances over the years from Anderson Appliance.

Issue with gas stove fixed On Time, On Spec and On Budget.
Alex showed up on Tuesday, at the time he said, quickly got to work, assessed the problem cause, consulted with us on issue and parts needed to fix, we approved, he ordered parts and scheduled follow-up on Thursday. On Thursday he showed up as scheduled, immediately did repair to our satisfaction, at the cost agreed to.

I had been trying with no success to get my washer fixed thru my warranty company in a timely manner. Doug was prepared to be on the job QUICKLY! I ended up getting a new washer and he never came out , but his willingness to help , and dependability spoke volumes to me and if I need help with the new one , he will be my man!

Had Alex come to my home. Was having drier problems. He very quickly found my problem. Fixed everything very quickly. Running like new again. I'm happy with this repair place. If I have anymore issues. They will be the ones I call. Would definitely recommend these people.

Don't see paying someone to drive to my house and to there next job just to install a outlet. I was told to bank on paying $500-600 dollars for about an hour's worth of work.

Horrible drivers in the field. One of their drivers cut me off twice and almost hit me another. It represents a company how their employees are driving their company vehicles. I will never have them work for me or anyone I know due to the reckless employee today. It’s funny that companies will wonder why they don’t succeed because they don’t care to worry about things like this.

They switched my fuse box over to circuit breakers. On time, on schedule, and the finished price was what they quoted at the beginning. The guys who did the job were friendly, efficient, and professional. The work itself was impeccably done. Everything about it was quality and professional in every way.
