Where I go when my stuff breaks! They are great!

I have an oven that I had with me the day I stopped in desperately needed fix. Man working said I’m not interested in looking at your oven. Wow

They may or may not have good appliances I don't know. No one picked up the phone.

If you need anything repaired keep looking. Called weeks apart and they kept telling me they're booked for several weeks. Other than sell used appliances i don't know what they do.

A ok place if you want to save a few hundred bucks and get refurbished appliances. I decided to spend $200 more and get brand new washer and dryer.

Your not allowed in their store , so im standing in the poring rain and this guys tells me to go back to my car and call him on the phone.Typical customer service, and No im not going to buy a washer and dryer on the phone from my car in the parking lot.!

Home repair personnel is and out standing individual. Personalities hard hard to come by. Standing alone he is one of a kind. Excellent man at has job. Well done sir.

They were open with the part I needed in stock. And, they gave good advice. I will be back.

Got my daughters dryer fixed so fast... This is the best way to go if you need your appliance fixed or to buy a used one from them.

They were most helpful, kind and had helpful advice for my issues. They left the part for me to try without payment, trusting me. Very pleased!

These guys sucked. They originally said we could have $300 for a washer, dryer, Fridge, and range. All of the appliances worked and were in very good, not perfect, but good shape. They end up taking our washer for $50. Do not trust these guys at all

Anderson’s repaired our refrigerators Freon leak. Honest, timely and flexible (did the repair onsite in our garage instead of requiring us take it in to their shop). Very satisfied.

Called to ask for someone to come look at my Samsung dryer and was told that no one was available to come to me so I was asked "can you bring it in?" Really!? Who takes a dryer to the repair shop? That should have been my clue but it gets worse. I said I would wait for an available technician and was told I'd get a call "early next week". No call by Wednesday, so I called them and was told the technician had my ticket for service THAT day and would call me soon THAT day. No call. On Thursday, I called again. Was told they have no record of my request and they guy proceeded to take my information again. When I told him what was wrong with the dryer, he said "we don't work on Samsung" and questioned that I told them that up front. I am absolutely SURE I did! Based on this really bad experience, I don't recommend Anderson Appliance.

I bought a used fridge from Anderson for a rental unit. They delivered it and removed the old one with no problems. My tenant called them back because the door was out of alignment. They returned promptly and fixed the issue. Nice guys to deal with.

The tall man with glasses is disrespectful, rude, unprofessional , and ruthless!!! If one comes to a store it’s because they need to purchase something that is necessary. This man takes advantage of people. He scratched my dryer when he was putting it back in my van and didn’t help me put it in properly It was sticking out and he just walked away leaving me to struggle with it by myself after I told him I couldn’t help much because I just gave birth. He was charging me $330 for a belt that goes around the dryer drum and 1 roller. We will NEVER come back to this place or recommend this place to anyone!
