I HIGHLY Recommend Wadescapes to anyone that is looking improve or transform the look of their backyard or front yard.

We had such a great experience with Wadescapes!, the team was professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. They listened to our ideas, made helpful suggestions, and brought everything together even better than we imagined. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the site clean every day. Our yard looks amazing — the new plants, stonework, and fresh lawn completely transformed the space. We’ve already gotten compliments from neighbors!

Wadescapes is outstanding! We were needing a better play area for the grandkids as well as a nice Paver Patio with some cover from the weather and sun. Bruce walked us through his ideas and we loved them. Decided on a four foot retaining wall that increased the yard by about 350 sq feet, a 17 x 35 outdoor living space using Techo blocks and a 14 x 16 Pavilion. Once we started the project, we decided to replace our grass with turf based on projects we viewed with Adam and Cole (Awesome Team). You can’t go wrong using Wadescapes, they are the best.

We recently had an outdoor patio and firepit project completed at our home in Farragut that included retaining walls, paver patios, natural stone steps, landscaping, and outdoor lighting.- and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Bruce and Cole took our ideas and presented a plan that was better than we had imagined. The team started when they said they would and was on site every day, on time, professional, detail oriented, and clearly took pride in their work from start to finish. Every aspect of the project was done with precision, and the finished project added a completely new dimension to our yard and transformed our outdoor space into a totally new space to enjoy. In addition to the project, I asked them to repair some drainage problems in the yard that had developed over time. They remedied the problems and performed some additional landscaping around the house that blended the project into the existing landscaping magnificently.
Working with Bruce, Cole, Adam, and the entire crew was more than enjoyable. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the team and communication was excellent throughout the process. The crew kept the site clean and organized each day. The craftmanship and attention to detail was impressive and really set them apart. I highly, highly recommend Wadescapes to anyone looking for high quality outdoor hardscaping and landscaping work. They truly deliver outstanding results.

Very positive experience—prompt, easy to work with, and trustworthy. The workmanship was solid, everything stayed on schedule, and costs were exactly as discussed. I’d gladly recommend them.

We’ve really enjoyed working with this contractor. They treat subs with respect, keep things organized, and handle issues quickly. That kind of partnership goes a long way in this industry. We have done several hardscaping jobs for them and it’s been a fantastic experience!

I had a great experience working with this Christy from start to finish. She was professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Every detail was handled with care, and it was clear they take a lot of pride in their work.

The quality of the finished project exceeded my expectations, and everything was completed on time and within the agreed budget. She kept me informed along the way and made sure I was comfortable with each step before moving forward.

I’ve known Christy Hicks for years, and she is just as enjoyable to be around in a professional capacity, as she is in a personal capacity. Christy has been heavily involved in the construction industry for decades, and it shows. Her company, Thomas R Hicks, is a great company when it comes to your custom home building needs. If you want the expertise of a veteran home builder AND the pleasure of personal involvement and full attention from your builder, this is your team!

Christy is incredibly responsive, always ready to answer questions and ease any worries along the way. Her knowledge and attention to detail really stand out, and she has a true talent for turning ideas into a beautifully finished home. On top of that, she’s genuinely pleasant to work with, which makes the whole experience even better. I’d absolutely recommend Hicks Construction to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and easy-to-work-with team.

Worked for Tim

My parents are in contract on one of their properties. Hicks consistently asked for extensions to finish project, and they were obliged. Upon checking the home the a/c unit was not functioning properly, flashing was missing in front of home, along with damage to siding. After granting hicks construction 5 extensions on home they abruptly now state that my parents cannot get home because they requested 1 extension for closing. This company has left my parents homeless and feels they are not legally binded by contract.

The guys at Southland Construction are amazing. We had a water leak from the dishwasher that leaked into our basement. They were fast, knowledgeable, and through. Jason, Adam, and Nick were the ones that we worked with. Jason handled pretty much the whole process with our insurance. They came in immediately and started drying everything. I especially liked that Jason was really concerned with making sure there was no mold from the leak. I hope never to get another leak, but I will/would definitely do business with them again.

Cozy Excavation are good, honest and friendly people you can trust to do what they say. I would use them again!

These guys did work on my property so I could build a patio. Not only did they do really good work, they cleaned up after their work.

Allen and his team were professional and efficient from day one. I felt well informed and the staff was polite and highly skilled. Scheduling for project was immediate and staff was very respectful of surrounding area and my requests. Would do business again for any future projects. You won't find anyone better.
