We've used Kelly's Guttering 4 times now and each time the end product is above expectation. They are easy to work with and well priced. The installer we have had is just a great guy who takes pride in his work. A pleasure to recommend this company.

Kelly’s Guttering were very helpful and patient with our guttering needs. Since we were also having our house painted, they came the first time, on short notice, and took the old gutters down so the painters could paint; then after the painting was finished, they came back two days later, and put up the new guttering. I highly recommend this company.

Tony, the owner of Kelly’s Gutters, is very kind, personable, and considerate. I would recommend them to anyone. Best place to get your gutters in town. Before choosing Kelly’s Gutters, I had gotten quotes from some of the big companies as well as some of the smaller companies in and around the Knoxville area. Kelly’s Gutters not only had the best pricing, but they put up high-quality gutters on my home in a very timely manner. Two separate times I had questions about my gutters, and Tony came out to answer my questions in person. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get gutters. Seriously, don’t waste your time anywhere else. It always feels good to support a family owned business that cares about their work.

MJ was very helpful in evaluating a tub to shower conversion at my home. He took detailed measurements, asked lots of questions, and provided many samples for selecting finishes.

Southern Industries Home Improvements is an excellent company. We are so pleased with our decision to purchase our new shower from them it was a stress-free experience from beginning to end. Nice showed us a video and gave us great choices of colors and features and made it easy with no pressure to pick out the shower we wanted. He gave us options of financing to make it easy to pay if we chose not to pay in full. The whole process was just so simple and easy. We were blown away with the installation too. Jeremy was so nice, careful of our home - he put down tarps so he didn't make any mess! He is a master craftsman and our new shower is just beautiful. We love it so much when we get in to take a shower we don't want to get out! Southern Industries Home Improvements is definitely a company that keeps its word and meets expectations and more.

This company is the best you can get! Their pricing and work is above and beyond excellent. Very professional and go into great detail about any problem found as well as show customer what they are talking about. They leave your residence neat as a pin.My advice.. don’t use anyone else for doors windows guttering siding or bathroom remodels. I am waiting for kitchen remodels to be done by them as well. I will be first on the list. I can not give enough praise to this company. Honest and transparent. Who could ask for anything more?

We had a large home improvement project that we wanted to get done. We contacted Southern Industries in Knoxville. MJ came out to the house and discussed all of our requested projects; provided an excellent presentation on the types and quality of products they offered. Since we were looking at getting a new roof, windows, siding and gutters, we decided Southern Industries was the right contractor for us. They coordinated with all of the crews that were doing each part of the project; as one phase of the project was completing the next phase was being scheduled. We had initially been told it could be a 4-5 month wait because of materials and scheduling. However, all of our projects were completed in 3 months from the date of our first meeting with MJ. All of the crews were respectful of our property and cleaned up after their job was completed. Danny did a great job of getting materials ordered and the jobs scheduled so that everything ran smoothly. Christina stayed in touch on a regular basis so that we knew what the status was on a scheduling and material orders. The price may have been a little higher than what we could have spent had we went through multiple smaller companies for each project; but the convenience of having someone else coordinate the different crews and the quality of the materials was well worth it.

I have no idea as to their ability to do their job. What I do know is that if you make the mistake of clicking on any of their ads, they do not leave you alone. I get at least two emails a day and more than six phone calls a day. it will not stop. I would not do business with them if they offered to do the work for free at this point.

MJ was very knowledgeable about roofing and materials ,no high pressure sales tactics.

We have had 2 amazing experiences with Southern Industries. We have an older home and the first shower was installed in less than 2 days. They were upfront about the time frame and the product. There was a slight unexpected delay in receiving products before the install, but their office communicated effectively throughout and installed as soon as the product became available.

We enjoyed the first experience so much that we called them a second time to evaluate a shower repair in a different bathroom. Both Nick Hatfield and Evan Moody were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and transparent about the issues. They were able to use an endoscope so that we could see the problems and they’ve offered every option possible in order for us to replace the damaged shower. They took their time, listened to our needs, and were very kind and understanding at the same time. We appreciate Southern Industries’ quality and service and definitely recommend them to other home owners.

Josh and Nick repersents the home shower with professional tact. Answered all questions. No pressure salesmenship. Number one thing that stood out Nick was willing to accept the answer NO graciously should I had decided not to buy. Very satisfied in my decission to purchase shower.

MJ was an excellent, informed and very professional consultant. He truly spent time explaining everything to me, showing me how it would benefit my home and making sure I understood the process. He showed me pictures of what my home would look like when finished and i loved it! He was seriously the most personable individual and made me feel like we had known each other for a long time. MJ is absolutely an amazing individual! I will post a picture after the new gutters are installed.

MJ Findlay was a professional! He was informative in everything I needed to know. He was euthymic, warm, and very polite. Beyond pleased with our Walk In shower install by Southern! It is friggin beautiful! Our salesman, Evan, gave an informed, relaxed estimate and let us know exactly what to expect as the process moved forward. Our Tech, Jeremy, held to the company promise- neat, professional, completed to spec by dinner! This guy was so pleasant. Having been a contractor, I appreciated how he covered his path to the project, wiped things down when done, he even came out to measure high high I lift my leg to shave before installing the shaving bar! He left us a piece to match paint and flooring to! a great experience. We look forward to our next project with Southern Industries in the Spring!

Wow MJ was amazing. Took his time, very personable. He was knowledgeable and honest and let me know my roof was ok. Did not try to sell me what I did not need. I showed him some windows that need replacing and he worked up the quote but was not at all pushy and I could tell he cared and loved his job and his clients. My dog was sick all day and he really liked MJ too. Great first impression for this company!
