MJ was extremely knowledgeable and knew the material
very well. The presentation was quit lengthy, but talking to MJ was like talking to a family member. Southern Industries has a wide range of materials to choose from, but it's not cheap. I'm very excited to get started.
This post is purely based on my experience with MJ. I haven't seen the material or workmanship.

Ryan and Nick did a great job of helping me decide with windows and doors. They were kind and willing to work around my awkward work schedule to get everything done in a timely manner. The installers were also amazing and took great care for my house and you could tell that they were not kidding when they said they had many many years of experience. I plan to have them come back and do more work in the future and would 100% highly recommend them.

Ryan was pleasant, thorough in his inquiry to understand what we want to accomplish, and took his time going over options. He also had brought sample product to explain options.

Note: This review is not for installation of product but for our obtaining a quote from Southern Industries for possible window replacement. We have not decided on which solution we want to pursue, but definitely recommend Ryan as a competent, thorough and pleasant sales rep to represent this company options that may address our needs.

I was not able to be home when he arrived, but I left the front door open and had NO worries. He was extremely careful and precise in everything that he did. I would definitely want him to do the next job.

Like the windows very much. They showed up when they said and did a very good job. The windows look great and they wrapped my trim in metal. Cleaned up every evening. Job only took 2.5 days to do 12 windows.

Our sales representative, Ardy, was informative, friendly and didn't pressure us. We love the product and will be making a decision in less than a week.

Impressive attention to detail. Consistent teamwork from our first meeting at my home, through everyone at the office, to the professional craftsmen and installers, who perform their duties seamlessly. High level general contractor here! My dad always said never buy the most expensive nor the cheapest when comparing prices. Southern industries is priced in our sweet spot, very middle of the market. Believe me, we checked them all! Very safe bet! I recommend! Top notch!

MJ was phenomenal. He came and did our inspection on one of the coldest evenings of the year so far. He answered all of our questions all while not trying to over sell my wife and I unnecessary products. He was very instrumental in us making a purchase, and we look forward to the work that is to come when the products are delivered.

Southern Industries replaced our windows a few years ago, so when we decided to replace our old bathtub with a shower, we discussed with them what we wanted and they came through again a great deal. They sent Brian Rader to take out the old tub and replace it with a beautiful walk-in shower. Great job. Southern Industries!

12/7/25 This is added to my review above after waiting and several texts and calls to get a second grab bar, which was supposed to be put on my shower also, but they didn’t have at the install. I’m sure it doesn’t take 3 or 4 months to get the right grab bar to install! And after finally returning my texts/calls, and saying they were going to deliver soon, still haven’t showed up a month or so later! Guess I made a mistake giving them 5 stars!

Lee visited us several times to insure we were getting the color that we chose for our new door. He stopped by, with a gift of cleaning supplies, the day after installation of our new door to be sure we were pleased.Excellent customer service.

Enjoyed the visit and information from MJ. Great conversation and representative. The reason I did not give 5 Stars is I was told this visit, the second from Southern and recommended by Southern, was to come and “sharpen the pencil” to try to get a better price which was the only reason we didn’t commit during their 1st visit, which was not MJ but still a good visit as well. When MJ reassessed the shower install, he presented a price that was higher than the first quote for the same shower install. Obviously, we were even less interested and seem to not be the best use of our, or MJ’s time.

Enjoyed meeting with MJ and will get future quotes from Southern, but this was a bit of a head-scratcher.

Nick and Jeremy were excellent. Nick did what was expected of him and was very helpful getting us through the process. Jeremy did an excellent job on the installation and if something didn’t look right, consulted us until the problem was solved.

Ryan is amazing. His honesty, his ability to hold his team accountable, and his great personality truly set him apart. What impressed me most was how responsive he was to any issues or concerns that came up. He addressed everything quickly and professionally, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’m so happy with the outcome of their services and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliability and integrity.
