Started calling on March 21, 2018. Spoke w/Cindy and committed to a quote by Monday. No phone call. Called again 03-24--no return phone call. Spoke with another person and after some minutes was told why he had not come out to give an estimate was "Well--I have another job you know." Today is August 10 and haven't heard from them since...Buyer beware.

Had them come to pull up a spot where the Vinyl lining had sagged. They went around the whole pool fixing multiple spots we hadn't mentioned, as the man said, "so you won't have to call us back soon". In and out in no time, great work. Only wish they'd been available for the initial re-lining/plumbing job, but the fact that they were already booked for big jobs for the year says something. We'll only be calling them for any future work.

I have done business with Tipton's for over 30 years. I am a widow and after my husband passed Tipton's took care of me and walked me through maintaining my pool. They are always there in a timely manner when needed. The staff is absolutely the BEST! They truly go the "extra" all the time. Would highly recommend this company for your pool and spa needs.

Tipton Builders is great! Over the years they have built a pool for me, they refurbished and updated the pool at my parents, and when I moved, they got the pool at my new place up and running in no time. You can rely on them for service calls, maintenance, and keeping your pool clean and crystal clear. The staff is super friendly and always very helpful.

We are new to the area and new to being an in ground pool owner. When our pool started losing water at a rapid rate I called and spoke with Sara, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She explained some things to check, then what it could be and the pricing schedule (very agreeable), then scheduled an appointment. Joel came out and was able to locate and fix the issue. Our pool is now holding water and we are looking forward to the arrival of the swimming season. I can't say enough great things about our experience with Tipton. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent, professional service. Staff has always been friendly and willing to help. I drive about 1.25 hours to purchase salt and chemicals several times during the swimming season. There are several low end pool shops that I pass as I drive to Knoxville. I've always had success maintaining my pool water chemistry at Tipton's, and this great relationship began in 2009. I will continue to do this every year. Their prices are very reasonable and they're always willing to do an analysis of my water for free.

We went on vacation this year, and when we returned the pool had turned green and there were frogs living in it. My first instinct was to contact Tipton, due to them being well known and established in our community. I first contacted them back about the first of July 2018. They were very courteous and as promised they sent somebody out to begin cleaning the pool. I knew that it would take some time to get the pool back clear again, but after a month of them coming out the pool was still cloudy. Then finally about mid August the pool cleared up for about two days. In the meantime Tipton sent the bill for $1,336.59. They never told me in the beginning about how much this was going to cost, and I never knew when they were coming out or how much the bill was adding up. I had to call myself to find out info about the pool. I called after I received the bill and asked if they would start coming out to vacuum the pool. They came out once and vacuumed and the water became cloudy again, and I have not seen them since. The pool is now back greener then ever.

I have been a client of Tipton Pools since 2006 and have been very pleased with their knowledge and service. For the first five years, I took care of the maintenance myself and relied on them for repairs. In 2011, they took over the weekly maintenance and my pool has been maintained by them ever since. Amy is great and comes weekly and my pool sparkles. They will work with you and do a great job.I highly recommend.
