UPDATE...11-28-2025 ... adding a roof to our home now. we had a wonderful experience with Nick, Mike and im sorry, the other guys name.they were absolutely fantastic. We spent several hours together working on the project and now waiting to start. Im super excited about this completion to the outside of or home. ....Absolutely wonderful people to work with. They spend the time to get to know you and personalize your experience, they offer the best quality products on the market. I had a slider door put in last year and it's amazing. Now we are going to have all the windows and shutters done and the price I was given just blew me out of the water. Amazing products, amazing people and the most amazing company guaranteed......Thank you to the entire family and members.

Nick was thorough and professional in his presentation and assistance in helping us to choose a replacement shower. I certainly recommend him as a great person to work with.

We felt that Andrew did a great job with presenting the information and options we had. He did the company a great service. The one thing I would say is that when giving the client information on the initial phone call when setting up the appointment, I would not tell the client it will be an hour when it took way longer than that and we had scheduled things around that.

Nick came our home and we visited for a few minutes before he got to work. We showed him the bathroom where we wanted the work to be done. We went over our options, time frames, a facts and figures. We worked together and were able to come to an agreement. Very nice and professional.

Ryan was a pleasure to meet with this evening. Ultimately I just do not have the budget or means to have him do my job. I'm getting back on my feet after divorce and had a shower leak requiring a shower tear out and replace. Ryan gave me several options, shot me straight and had a deal I really wanted to buy but I just can't put myself under further debt. I hope things change for me in the future because I know exactly who to call

We have been trying to have a leaky gutter repaired since early 2024. They say it’s fixed yet it leaks when it rains. I called in April/May to have it repaired. I got a text and a phone call saying they were thinking about me and would come out in a couple days..that was 6 weeks ago.
Nobody to talk to, no managers present I could talk with about the issue.
The customer service and the service itself is 1 star at best.

We had the consultation, we did check with 2 other companies , we went with Wilkerson and went with the high end replacement windows & placed the order. Our windows came in and wow! We are thrilled, our installation was perfection. Clean, our home was treated with respect and left immaculately clean. I would recommend Wilkerson to everyone. I wish I could give more stars.

We had a wonderful experience today in choosing new shower components. Our home is historic and MJ was so helpful is helping us choose items with the perfect character that we desired. He was so knowledgeable and familiar with the products that we have every confidence that we have chosen the right company to make our bathroom safe and beautiful!

The estimate I received from Josh Thompson for a walk-in shower conversion was not the lowest I had seen, however Josh took the time to explain the quality of the products they used versus other installers, and it made more sense. I am still waiting until spring to have the work done, but I feel very comfortable using Southern industries to complete the work.

Customer support was a bit of hit and miss initially but improved dramatically when communication was achieved with the production manager. The product was as presented but detailed information should be requested at the time of contract signing. Sales time promises should be clearly documented as to timing and product specifics in order to avoid future issues.

Installation was non eventful and a special recognition to Brian for the wonderful work he did including suggestions, answering continuous questions, follow up, clean up, punctuality and all around friendliness. 5 star. *****

Great experience with this company. Very honest and trustworthy. Our sales person was Micheal-John Findlay. He was good at explaining all the products that was available to us and what was the best solution for us . We are very grateful to have come across such a helpful person.

Lee spent a great deal of time with us and explained everything he was going to do. He was extremely helpful and we are looking forward to seeing the end result!

I was really impressed with this service, was told 2days but he finished in 1day stayed over 2hrs and had finished and cleaned up. This installer was very good at this.

, your siding products do not come in my color choice, and were too expensive for my budget. But, MJ was terrific. He was very professional and represented Southern in its best. Very informative, he took his time explaining and giving me a realistic expectation of the scope of my project and the general work that would need to be done.

James came and did our siding job and he was great. He was quick and professional.

We selected Southern Industries to install our new gutters and guards. The new gutters look great and I have high confidence that the gutter guard will prevent leaves and debris from clogging the new gutters. We selected Southern and the gutter guard product based on quality and price after reviewing several offers from competing companies. We thought gutter guard was the best product for our situation and the price was significantly lower than other brand name systems.
