I would like to acknowledge that I called very many electrical companies over an issue with my breaker box. Foster went above and beyond by being the quickest quote ever!! They let me know what I could do to combat such a high cost due to moving into a new home. They were very nice through every moment. Though I was not a customer. I would still select these guys going through what’s been given. Or if something else happens. They are the electric professionals of Knox and surrounding areas.

After firing our first electrician for our bathroom remodeling project when he kept being a no show, we took a chance with Foster Electric and I am so glad we did! From the initial bid through the long project, we knew we could count on them to respond quickly, show up when scheduled AND do quality work. Dillon was a perfect first contact as he understood our project challenges and made great suggestions on how to solve them. He got the ball rolling again with what we needed to be back on track. Nolan and Zach were also absolutely great - on time, professional, willing to answer questions and super efficient. I will always turn to Foster Electric first.

Interaction with Chris to plan the job was outstanding. Very responsive and informative. Interaction with Mary in the office for scheduling and payment was prompt and very efficient. Ion who did the job at the house was very efficient and did a very good and clean installation. I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Foster for electrical installations.

Excellent first time experience with Foster Electric. Being new to the area, we found them after lots of online searching. From the first encounter with the office staff, to speaking with Chris on the phone about our needs, to the electricians Zack and Cody that came out and completed the work…everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get to us quicker than we expected and the price was much cheaper than they originally quoted! We are very pleased at the overall experience and highly recommend!

Foster Electric has done a fantastic job from start to finish. This first go we had a fan to be installed with a new junction box and a garbage disposal which also needed an outlet to be routed/installed (big shout out to Walker and David). Less then half a day, that's nuts, super quick and looks great.

The gentleman they sent out during the quotation process was quick, thorough and respectful of our busy home. The quote I received was competetive and turned out to be just the right amount of time needed. The scheduling was also efficient and courteous of not only my time, but the hot weather the electricians would be dealing with as they would need to work in the attic crawl space.

The electricians that came out, Walker and David, went well above and beyond my expectations from the minute they arrived. They were courteous, friendly and had fantastic solutions to the difficulty of adding modern upgrades to our 1950s home. They were exceptionally clean and left my home exactly how they found it, maybe cleaner, lmao.

We have twin six year old boys on the spectrum and two inside cats. They were so subtle and quiet it didn't set anything off, amazing. To frame this properly, they had to get an extension ladder to get into the attic, which is weirdly placed right above the staircase to the basement...they didn't even blink at it. The fan install was in the living room, also smack in the middle of everything, also no big deal to the team. I think I was more irritated with the conditions they had to work under, than they were by a mile.

At the end of the day, we'll be looking forward to scheduling all of our electrical needs through Foster Electric with the hope that all of their representatives are like Walker and David, couldn't have asked for better.

Foster electric made our kitchen feel brand new! Communication from day 1 was efficient and everything went exactly as planned. Would use them again for any and all home projects. 10/10

The work performed by Eli was excellent. A very professional job and his explanation of the work pre and post job was also excellent! The new flood light fixtures look and work great. Hats off to Eli and Foster Electric!

This company is beyond exceptional! I was at wits end to have a small residential project completed - and this company came through with flying colors. The expertise Mike and Chris provided to fix our switch problem superseded anyone in my area. You will be very happy you chose Foster for your project! The very BEST!

What an incredible service! From scheduling to quotes to the actual service, the process was smooth and timely! Everyone was very professional and asked good questions to make sure the service needs I had were met. In addition to ceiling fans installed and old fixtures removed, they solved a sun room porch electricity issue that had gone on for a year! Foster Electric has helped me with electrical needs on multiple occasions over the last few years. David and Stephen were particularly helpful and figured out my issue quickly and explained in detail what was wrong and how they fixed it. We have worked with Dillon at Foster Electric twice now. We have had a ceiling fan, wafer lights, bathroom fan/light, garage lights and outlets installed. As new TN residents, we are thankful to find an electrician we can trust, and know the work will be superb. Dillon is friendly, clearly a hard worker, cares about the finished product, is very respectful/professional to customers and we will always ask for him if/when we have any other need for an electrician.

So I've had Foster out to my new home 3 times while I make changes and additions. I can say that all three time it has been a great experience. I've had power outlets added, ceiling fans installed, lighting installed. During this last trip the ask was to help find out why I had flashing lights in my bathroom when the garage light was turned on. Zack didn't find any wiring issues however the suggestion was to replace the type of dimmable bulbs I was using and wouldn't you know that was the fix. Experienced, competent and pleasant. I enjoy working with this group.

This is an update of a previous review that was not good. I am happy to say that Foster Electric sent out two of their best electricians, (Jason and Dillon), replaced the whole stove hood that they had installed at their own expense, and made sure that my husband and I were happy with the results. They took their time, and were knowledgable and professional. It's great when a business truly stands behind their work. We recommend using Foster Electric.

I'm a FAN of the great work done by David and Walker from Foster Electric! They were trustworthy and kind. Although my project was small, they made sure it was done right so I was happy with the final product.

The whole experience was seamless. The phone quote was quick and easy. The technicians showed up on time and only took an hour to reposition and hang my chandelier. I’m super happy with the result, and would recommend to my family and neighbors.

We had a fan, light fixture and our microwave that was not working. David responded and actually came out earlier than expected to troubleshoot the problems and was able to install a new light fixture and fan later on the same day. He was professional and reasonable. Thanks!

Top Tier installed the electrical for our new screened in porch and David was so professional and friendly! He went above and beyond for us, also installing a ceiling fan and outdoor tv.
