David and team installed outside light fixtures on back porch as well as a surge protector. They did an excellent job -above and beyond on the details for the outside ceiling fan and light! Would highly recommend.

Came late at night and found the problem and fixed in in less than 29 minutes. He was polite and professional. Will definately use this company again.

We had Top Tier Electrical replace a bathroom ceiling fan and light. They are highly rated on NextDoor. Larry, Josh, and David responded promptly and came out to scope the effort. David researched the right unit for us to purchase. Larry and Josh then came to install the new fan. Really appreciate their excellent service and work.

David and his crew are awesome! They had to redo a job not well done by another provider. They were punctual, professional and did a great job! David is meticulous and wants to please. No corners were cut and the estimate was fair. They did exactly as promised for exactly the estimate amount. I highly recommend!!

We have used Top Tier many times over the last few years and they have always done us right. It started when we bought a brand new home and there was an issue with a GFI breaker not working properly, the home warranty electrician could not figure it out and then refused to show up or answer anymore. I called Top Tier out and they traced down the problem immediately and gave me options on how to repair it, so I had them fix it. They have run outlets for us, replaced ceiling fans, chased down electrical gremlins, installed lights. Most recently we called them this morning to add an outlet over the fireplace for a TV and they came out and did it the same day!
I will not hesitate to call them again. I do not want to mess with electricity and burn the house down so I will leave it to the professionals, Top Tier and have the work done correctly!

We called first thing this morning after an overnight issue with the electrical in our garage and they were able to come out right away. I can't say enough positive things about Top Tier Electric! I'm so grateful. They returned my initial call the same day, arrived on time the scheduled day of service, were courteous, efficient with their work, answered my questions, and the updated lights we had installed look fantastic and operate flawlessly. We had them replace our bathroom exhaust fan/light, install new wafer lights in our dining area, and a whole home surge protector on our fuse panel. They even took time to clean up and moved some furniture pieces back into place. Really positive experience, and I will absolutely call on them again.

We've needed a lot of help with a house built in 1986 and very little to no upgrades. They were great and very responsive, adding a new line for outdoor outlets that work great and running new lines to our bathrooms that for some reason shared a circuit with our garage outlet. We had dimmer switches added to vanity lights, new GFCIs, all in all very happy with their services.

I had many light fixtures replaced, outside and inside, ceiling fan and chandelier replaced and an additional outlet added in my garage. Also had the electric panel replaced. David, Larry and Edgar were professional, efficient, courteous and respectful of my property. They were working in my garage and outside in the bitter cold that we had prior to the snow and I don’t know how they did it! When a tree from my neighbor’s yard fell on our powerlines late on a Friday night, we lost power and were told we couldn’t get it restored by the utility company until an electrician came out. I called a handful of electrical companies, but most were either unavailable or quoted outrageous prices—one even wanted nearly $500 just to come out on a Saturday, and another quoted me $1300 MORE than Top Tier Electrical.

Top Tier was the only company that offered a fair price and came out on a weekend, in 90°+ heat—while our house was sitting at 87° inside. They worked quickly and efficiently, and they even contacted the utility company for us once the job was done to help speed up getting our power restored.

What I appreciated most was their no-nonsense approach. They were straightforward, professional, and didn’t try to upsell or pressure me the way some of the other companies did. In a stressful situation, their calm and honest service made a huge difference.

Top Tier did our outdoor fan installation today. My fiance and I fought with these fans for over an hour the other weekend, Top Tier had BOTH of them installed within 15 minutes and they look great! Team was on time, asked me questions if needed, took the trash down for us and were very professional and kind. 10/10 recommend and will use again.

David was prompt, courteous, and quality-conscious. He ran some wiring for our deck project and hung the fans after the the aluminum ceiling was installed. I expected to have to hang those myself. He even rehung our cameras and fixed some pool wiring while he was here. Good guy who actually does what he says he’ll do and at the time he says he’ll do it. Hard to find these days! Highly recommend.
