David and his crew did an amazing job.They came and hung up a new ceiling fan in my guest bedroom,and he told me it would take 2 hours more like 25 minutes. They were quick and very professional throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this company to any and everybody they have a customer for life. Great job guys.

Had to have a new service mast installed due to a tree pulling it off the house. They responded quickly and knew exactly how to fix the problem. They showed up early in sub 30 degree weather and knocked out the job in no time. KUB came later that day and restored my power with no issues. I appreciate you guys fitting me into your busy schedule.

Highly recommend this professional team! Great communication and fast service. The whole process was easy and seamless. They contacted the vendor of my custom conversion van to ensure compatibility. They implemented best scenario to allow charging in multiple scenarios I might find around town. They fully tested including making needed setting changes on my van to ensure max flow per charge. They educated by suggesting future upgrades to our panel while being transparent it was not required to accommodate our immediate request and did not push any further. Charged as quoted, home place was kept tidy, and they took time to answer all our questions. Will use again!

Quoted 4x’s what I paid for services from another company tried to push high pressure sales tactics and wanted me to het a loan for the job, declined and got the job done for 1/4 what they quoted which is horrific how much they overpriced the job to locals in their own community.

First of all I was astonished with the speed of their response! I had a technician out here within a few hours to give me a quote. I approved the quote and to my surprise he said he was going to do the work right now within the next few hours. Literally 3 hours later from his initial arrival he had replaced three light fixtures and tested them and everything is brilliant. I highly recommend this incredible company.

The only company who came out to see the project and give an accurate estimate. Ryan and his helpae did a great job, they cleaned after themselves and were very pleasant to work with. I will definitely use them again.

Ryan and Dylan did an excellent job on installing a dedicated power delivery circuit for upstairs sub panel in order to restore power to the upstairs of our home. I highly recommend this company and especially these two employees! They were very precise, detailed, and professional.

I had damage to my outside power lines which caused internal line damage and partial power surge to my house. Tyler and his team (Ian, Kooper, Elijah and Rhett) went above and beyond to get my power back on after being out all weekend and making the necessary repairs to ensure everything was working correctly. They were professional and courteous and explained every step of the process.

Mr. Electric installed a new breaker panel in my home. While the communication was good (initially) and the service prompt, the quality of the service and the service after the installation was less than stellar. To their credit the technicians that installed the panel were there from 10am until about 6pm because they were determined to complete it in one day, however I would have been perfectly comfortable with it taking two days had it been done to the expectations that they had set forth. After the panel was competed my HVAC system was not operational. I contacted Mr. Electric to ask if they could send a technician out to see why my HVAC wasn't working after installing the new panel and I was met with the answer of no, I needed to contact an HVAC specialist. I reached out to HEP to come check out the unit, after checking the unit itself for faults they discovered that the wires in the junction box leading to the HVAC unit were not tightened appropriately and it was not receiving adequate voltage. Also while they were in the panel they noticed a mismatched breaker. HEP provided an electrician to come out and check out the rest of the panel waiving the visit fee. The electrician noticed several loose connections in the junction box as well as an old, melted, burnt, and blackened breaker in the box. The goal in getting the new panel installed was replacing the older components for newer more energy efficient components. I would have thought a melted, twisted, blackened breaker was obviously a faulted product, but hey I'm not an electrician. In total diagnosing, travel fee & fixing my HVAC cost $248. Servicing the new panel, tightening the loose connections in the junction box, sourcing a new 100 amp breaker, and replacing the burnt and melted breaker in the panel cost $440. For a $3500 breaker panel I wasn't expecting to have to spend nearly $700 to service it immediately after purchasing.
