I had 2 heat pumps installed when we built our house and one of the 2 units wouldn't heat properly because of a manufacturers defect. The company who installed the units was no longer in the area and every contractor I called refused to work on my Mr. Cool heat pumps so I reached out to my neighbors and Noah and ACS came highly recommended. They took the time to diagnose the issues properly and even dealt with the manufacturer directly on our behalf and after spending hours diagnosing the issue they wouldn't accept any compensation, only asked that when the replacement unit was provided from the manufacturer that I use them for the install and that's what I did. They were able to get the replacement unit up and running and a month later / last night it was 8 degrees outside and our house was perfectly warm! I can't recommend this company enough, they are on time, honest and completely reasonable pricing. Thank you for solving this issue when others refused to even show up!
