My A/C went out during the hottest days of the year. Every company I called (even the company I’m a member of) couldn’t help me for a day or two. I called Bentleys, and they could fix it that afternoon. About an hour later, they were at my door! They were efficient and honest. The price was fair for an emergency call out. They actually cared that I was stuck in a hot house with asthma and a broken leg. Everyone else just said, “We can come some time tomorrow. Have a good day.” It wasn’t a good day. Not until Bentleys showed up.

What a fantastic organization! From the initial call to the onsite team addressing the issue - absolutely flawless! We called at 9:00 am that our system was not functioning properly, and by shortly after lunch we had cold air. The expert technicians at Bentley’s identified the issue and resolved it quickly. We would absolutely recommend the Team at Bentley’s for any of your heating or cooling needs!

Used Tyler Pratt with Bentleys for both maintenance and repair and always here when he says he’s going to be and always helpful and friendly.

Avoid Bentley’s at all costs. Was told $250 for an after-hours call. Tech called my thermostat “trash,” replaced it with the exact same one, overrode it, and within 2 hours my AC was dead again — thermostat and another part fried due to him over riding the “stupid” part of the thermostat. When I called back, I was told “nothing he could do.” The office (Paula) admitted the warranty expired on the thermostat (fine), but still expected me to pay for the damage their tech caused. When I asked for a service time, the CSR hung up on me. Second issue with this “new” unit. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, very rude customer service. Initial installment of unit was 6/24/20, they came out on 6/18/24 and now 8/17/25.

Bentleys came out same day within 2 hours of calling for their services in the middle of summer and fixed our problem within 15 minutes. They were so Knowledgeable and helpful! Our technician was AMAZING! Highly recommend.

Bentleys HVAC in Lebanon is a well run business. Always professional- carefully listen to the problem description- set plans in motion and keep the customer informed. Noah Collier and his associates fixed our issue without delay. Superior Timely Accurate and Responsive should be Bentleys motto!

My neighbors must have hired this company to fix their HVAC unit. My dogs began barking because they noticed someone trespassing on our property. I looked out the window to see they’re hooking up to our water. They did not knock on our door or politely ask if they could use our water before they started hooking their hose up to our house. I knocked on the window to confront them and they finally asked if they could use our water. I said “It better be quick and not increase my water bill.” You bet I’ll be checking my next water bill. To knock on our door and politely ask is one thing, but to trespass on our property and help yourself is unprofessional.

Bentleys installed a new HVAC system for our home and we couldn’t be more pleased! The sales rep. was super efficient and transparent regarding the price and time line for installation. The technicians worked super hard to install the system and did a fantastic job! We recommend them!

We bought our HVAC from Bentley's about five years ago. The service rendered then was excellent. This past Sunday, we called them to service our HVAC. We received a response in less than 10 minutes when we called. The service technician arrived less than 25 minutes after we called. The service technician was knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you so much for being prompt and reliable.

Called them this morning after not having heat in downstairs since Friday from most recent winter storm and they came out two hours later and got me running. Still needs a part but they were great. Thanks Pam for all your help. My new AC company!!

Noah has been great- Great communication, prompt, responsive, awesome! Ethan was super thorough, patient with my questions, and did a great job! Highly recommend!

This was our first service done and it was done very professionally. Noah spent time explaining everything he did and everything he found, which was minimal. He spent a good deal of time cleaning our mini split upstairs, which was in dire need of a complete cleaning. We also had our thermostat changed to a much more user friendly one, and Noah took the time to set it and show us how it works. We would highly recommend Advanced Comfort Solutions for any and all of your HVAC needs

Had our 2nd service today with Chet & Ethan. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was good, and found a potential future problem, which they fixed, saving us money in the long haul…

The techs showed up on time and did a thorough inspection and cleaning on both my units. Techs were very polite and knowledgeable on every aspect of the system. Definitely recommend! I am on their yearly service plan. Well worth the money!
