1. They assisted us with the warranty and replacement for a brand new air conditioner and made the seamless.
2. Assisted us with finding an ongoing solution to a water heater problem that no-one else was able to resolve.

This man is a man of his word. I had my air stop working, after my warranty company refusing to cover the system I called 3 different companies to look at it. The other 2 tried to sell me a new unit, Mr Bentley was honest and said he could fix it and gave me a figure I could hardly believe.

He sent someone out while I was at work, came home to have it running...I am thrilled...don't waste your time calling those only wanting to sell you a new unit, call Bentleys hvac before you call anyone..

Was told you could help with that and then I heard nothing back after being told you would get back to me. So you are right with your comment "That I am not a customer of yours."

My name is Scott Blake and I have been building New Homes for customers for over 26 years now and I have worked with a lot of HVAC companies in my career! I wanted to share my experience with the company that I hired to repair my current Air Conditioning problem because BENTLEY'S AIR CONDITIONING'S employee Mr. "Billy/Billie" and I did not get his last name, treated me like I was royalty and being in the business of home-building was a TRUE PLEASURE! He was both Professional and efficient at his job and my bill was half of what I expected it to be so please know if you call Bentley's Air Conditioning to repair your A/C or heating and request Billy/Billie to do your repair it will be done correctly and with the minimum amount of cost! I personally do not recommend many sub-contractors but this company is as SOLID as they come and you can BANK on the final results of efficiency and cost of your repaired product!!!......I give them (5) Stars ***** to both the company and the employee of Bentley's Air Conditioning!!! I personally will never call anyone one else!

Have a leak . Family and animals have been sick with dehydration. And can smell freon. But they won't fix. And said don't want to keep coming out. If you installed it be responsible. I've been sick since march

Even with phone lines down used the chat on the web page they responded with in 30 min was to the house with in 2 hours had the heater fixed. Blew a fuse that same night chatted with them the next morning had a great repair man back out first thing in the morning. Very fair prices. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE!!!

Brother Tim was very professional and took great care of us. He consulted us in the best way to maintain our unit. He looked for ways to save us money as opposed to trying to fix stuff that wasnt needed. I highly recommend this company ..

Brent and his guys were all around great. It is depressing to spend a lot of money on a complete replacement unit unexpectedly, but we are excited to have a new unit installed. Service was fast and professional. Highly recommend to anyone.

Posting this review 8 months after Brent and the Bentley team did a terrific job on our hvac install. Have had zero problems since then with the new unit.

The Bentley team were timely, responsive and very easy to work with as we made the decision between then and a few other vendors who procided quotes.

I have replaced hvac units in previous homes in other states, and i can say that Bentley provided the best level of service and value of any prior hvac companies we have dealt with.

I would call them again for any hvac needs!

The AC on one of our rental properties stopped working. Technician Blake came out promptly and repaired a very complicated problem. He was extremely focused, skilled, precise and professional!! Lots of places were taking up to two weeks to come repair my air. I know the heat is stressing everyone but these guys came within 1 day. Did a great job at a reasonable price and did NOT try to sell me some yearly plan or over bloated service package. I will give my business to the lil guy from now on!

This is my story of how Bently rescued my family! I have 3 small children that live with me and on one of the hottest days in July our air conditioner died and of course it was on a weekend. I didn't know Bentley made emergency calls on the weekend so I called Lee. They said they would be over fist thing. By noon we still had not heard from them so we called back. Apparently they had no record of us calling but would be over as soon as they could. Well at almost 10pm they showed up. Then had to leave again because they forgot a tool they needed. We were then told someone would call us the next day. Which never happened so we called again. They said they'd meet us Monday and never showed up or called. We called them they apologized again said they would call back and didn't. By this time I was DONE! I called Bentley told them what happened and less then 5 minuets they called back and within 10 minutes from that call a tech was at my house. I mean WOW the care, attention, and customer service left me speachless. Needless to say within a day of my first phone call I had a new unit installed while I was at work. Bentley you have a customer for life! Thank you for making me feel like I mattered. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

I received a prompt response to both calls I made recently. The tech, Paul, was very knowledgeable. He arrived (when he said he would), set about diagnosing the problem, promptly fixed it, and the price was reasonable. How nice to deal with a company you feel you can trust and can recommend to others.

I had been living in a 97° house for two months. Was in need of a new AC Unit. Called and scheduled for a free estimate. A couple days later, on a Friday morning, Derick came to my home. After walking around, he stated that he would email me an estimate. The next day I called him and left him a voicemail advising him I never received the estimate. After that voicemail, I never received a call back AND I never received an estimate. A few days later, after I hired another company, I called the office, and spoke with a female who answered the phone, who was apologetic, but I wasn't able to speak with managment to advise them how unfortunate it was, one of their "salesmen" was not doing a good job with new potential clients.

After this whole encounter, I was left feeling...maybe my money wasn't good enough for this company. So unprofessional.
