My experience with Mayhem Mechanical exceeded all expectations! My air conditioning unit had failed, and I contacted Mayhem for a bid. They had the most reasonable price, and were fantastic to work with. The owner actually spoke with me twice, and answered all my questions. I was confident I made the right decision by choosing them to replace my unit. Thank you Mayhem for the great communication and superior customer service!

I just had the opportunity to use Mayhem Mechanical for my plumbing needs and I was amazed at the professionalism and attention to detail they were ! You sure don’t find that very often in today’s world! Jason I had worked with in the past and I had always trusted and respected him as a professional and always did wonderful work ! While now his right hand man is Logan ! And I absolutely love him! So neat and tidy (which you don’t see anymore either ) I had a sink replaced and new garbage disposal and all faucets in the kitchen and bathroom! They did an outstanding job ! I absolutely love my new sink ! I just love using it now! No leaks and it just looks absolutely beautiful ! And the caulking job was done right too! Sometimes that can end up looking really bad ! Thank u Jason and Logan for an awesome job and for an awesome price for my plumbing needs! I will always call you in the future and always refer you to my friends and family !!!

The best experience we have had with an AC company, Mayhem Mechanical. They send very knowledgeable technicians out to service /repair our units. On top of that informed us about upcoming services to stay on top of. You have a customer for life. Thank you Kristin for sending Gage out to take care of us. Mayhem came out in the spring (2025) to fix a refrigerant leak in our line, then stood behind the fix when a similar issue arose a few months later. They didn't upsell a new system, but fixed the issue. Other companies came out and quoted a separate issue that wasn't actually the problem (and more $$$). Mayhem got the repair right, so we will be very likely to re-engage with them with future HVAC needs.

Mayhem was able to assess the situation and quickly obtain the parts for the repair. Gage and Eduardo were excellent when they came out. They were happy and ready to answer any questions we had.

I will use Mayhem in the future for any HVAC or plumbing issues we may have!

Professional service and reasonable prices! Not just a company, but a family atmosphere! They noticed a leak under the house while giving us an estimate and had one of their technicians repair it before they left. The owner himself came to the property to ensure everyone was happy. I had components in an air handler burn up late on a Friday afternoon and Mayhem Mechanical worked to get the specialized parts ASAP. Gage was fantastic restoring all parts to working order and replacing the burnt thermostat. He explained what was replaced and did a fabulous job! Thank you for restoring my heat for the winter!

Mayhem Mechanical is a company you can trust! When it comes to service and perfection , Jason Gibson leads a knowledgeable team! They have excellent communication with their clients! I am speaking first-hand! Logan Williamson is boots on the ground and hands on when it comes to getting the job done! We at Sullivan Walter Homes have worked with Mayhem Mechanical for over a year! Satisfaction is an understatement!

Our tub faucet was leaking. Mayhem was called and was out the next day. Their dispatcher was friendly and responsive and let us know when they plumbers would be at our house. Ayden and Logan quickly identified the problem, one of the brought a new cartridge for the faucet and they replaced it. They were both very friendly, took off their shoes when coming into the house and cleaned up the tub and floor around the tub before they left. Overall great customer service and a good experience.

We had Mayhem Mechanical install a tankless water heater and water softener back in January of 2025, not only did they go above and beyond they were very good priced.

Our water softener quit working properly, we called them and they were out in 3 business days. Jason and Ayden were our techs, even though I bought the softener and they installed it, they were not 100% familiar with the brand. They took the time to google and research what would be causing it to act up, and wound up fixing the issue in a very timely manner.

They have become my go to over the last year because of their service for any AC or plumbing work that I need done.

Jason, Logan, and Aiden came and quickly replaced my hot water heater the day before Christmas Eve no questions asked.

They were very professional, quickly did the job, and cleaned as any mess was made. I will gladly recommend Mayhem Mechanical in the future to everyone.

Hired Mayhem to run electrical circuit in conduit for a hot tub and clean my HVAC system. Jason and his team are courteous, hardworking and communicate well. They came in got the job done quickly and correctly! Greatly appreciated and would highly recommend.
