I called on them because of their long time advertising on WTN as well as the weekly radio show.....I wanted to support whom I listen to but that was a mistake that I will never make again.

1. Their price per pound of refrigerant was exactly double what another company quoted me after the fact.
2. The first guy that came out added 3 pounds of refrigerant against my urging to first test for a leak. I paid almost $600 for that and it leaked out by the next day.
3. 3 voicemails left for Jeff were never returned so don't expect the personal access that has been mentioned throughout the years on the radio.
4. Partially because the first guys lack of willingness to check for a leak and partially because of shipping time we went without A/C for 2 weeks. Had the first guy been more thorough that wait time would have been cut in half.
5. This repair was almost $500 more than another company that I called when I was considering cutting my losses and moving on with someone else. Had the coil not already been in transit I would have done so.

Roger came to look at the job to prepare an estimate for the installation. He is a very nice man and very thorough.

Even though a repaired part failed after a few days and they had to come out again to repair the heat pump- I still recommend Efficient Heating and Cooling!

This company will not contact me back. I have reached out for weeks now. They’re just ignoring me at this point. We paid $100 for a diagnosis, they were supposed to figure out warranty for a Samsung mini split. Zero responses no one will answer the phones, texts, emails. Contacting Samsung to tell them to remove this company as their “authorized” repair shop because they’re not a reliable now responsive company. Ridiculous, but what is to be expected in this day and age. Can’t get nothing done.

Been dealing with a cooling problem with our HVAC for a few weeks of miserable heat. I don’t want to trash talk another company, but one that rhymes with Ronelson Shmair has done us wrong many times. Roger from Effiecient Heating/Cooling came out on pretty short notice, figured out what was (and most likely has been) wrong with our supply and return ducting and was able to patch a pretty large critter made hole enough to get our house back to nice and cold (what he said was about 90%) and will be back to actually repair/replace the duct work and subsequent flashing next week. Even my setup call was super pleasant and very professional. Would HIGHLY recommend this company as I will be doing my business with them in the future. Thank y’all!!
