I’ve been listening to Jeff Eddys heating and cooling show on 99.7 for several years. I’ve always wondered if he’s the same guy in person as he is on the radio. My technician (Roger) said he’d been in the business for 42 years and he’s never worked for anyone as good and kind as Jeff Eddy. After evaluating my split unit for about 30 or 45 minutes and cleaning things out a little bit at no charge, he determined that the unit is in good shape and just can’t keep up with these high temperatures in our bonus room. I was super impressed and glad to get a good honest appraisal without any upselling! When the time comes to replace this unit, I will definitely be giving efficient heating and cooling a call.

The tech arrived closer to the beginning estimated time. Called me prior and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Offered me a complete list of potential needs, and did not try to up sell me. He even asked me enough questions to say that I could probably replace the one plug in part I need myself and save money. I have complete trust in these guys and will be a customer as long as I have HVAC. Thank you efficient heating and cooling for being a company that I can trust.

Two months ago, Efficient Heating and Cooling installed a new AC Unit in my home, and it soon after flooded my upstairs. Although they came out and corrected the issues with the install to prevent further water damage, my upstairs was ruined. Drywall. Ceilings. Electrical. Insulation. Flooring. Thousands of dollars in damage. They put me in contact with their insurance company, and a mitigation team should have been sent out immediately, but they did nothing, and Efficient Heating and Cooling were no help. Over a week later, the insurance company finally sent an appraiser to my home after I had been running fans 24/7 to TRY and prevent more damage, and their insurance company refused to replace most of the damage. They said it wasn’t very wet...over a week later...and after MONTHS of back and forth they said they would give a little and clean my carpets, but it just “wasn’t that wet.” I sent the insurance company photos of water literally pouring out of my ceiling and Efficient Heating and Cooling also had NUMEROUS photos taken on the day, but they WOULD NOT correct all the damage. Now, over two months later, my upstairs is still DANGEROUS. The insurance appraiser himself even said the ceilings could cave in and to be careful. I am continuing to fight and will until my upstairs is repaired, but DO NOT use this company. “Insured and Bonded” means nothing if they aren’t going to take care of customers when they destroy their homes. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING to make sure this was taken care of. BEWARE.

Efficient heating and Air your service rep (Jeremy) was polite, professional, and very thorough. He spent a few extra minutes talking with me about my HVAC system and answered every question I had with a pros attitude and a great rep for Efficient heating and Air. Hands down my favorite choice for all of my HVAC service needs.

It's December 28, three days after Christmas, and the temperature is set to sink into the twenties over night. My family and I will be warm, though. That's because Jeff Edde of Efficient Heating and Cooling came by to get my HVAC unit back online ON CHRISTMAS EVE--and even refused to charge me for anything more than a regular service call. I called them to obtain a quote to replace my split HVAC A/C system in my home. Service representative was very knowledgeable and advised me what I’d need for replacement. Didn’t try to over sell me something that didn’t make financial sense. Phone service, quoted and appointment all was quick, easy and efficient.

Jeremy repaired my older unit quickly and efficiently with no surprises, change in pricing or high pressure sales stuff. I definitely recommend using this company for anything HVAC!

They came out the same day to see what I needed and sent me the quote shortly thereafter. Kristen kept me updated every step of the process.
