Within an hour of calling, someone was already at our house to fix our heat. Mathew worked really fast—even with having to go pick up a replacement part—but his work was still super precise, not rushed at all. Our heat works like new now, and the service and personnel were awesome!

If you are looking for a good HVAC company look no further than Mayhem Mechanical. Built a home 3 years ago and they were the lowest bid of three. I knew the owner so I went with them. Even with the bid a year old I ask him how much would be added since we took over a year to put this units in. He honored the original quote and his guys did an outstanding job installing all the duct work and my two units. Had my hot water heater replaced. Jason and his crew did a great job. Very professional and came out on time. Clean up was spotless. Pricing was excellent and competitive compared to other companies. Highly recommended.

Jason also installed a Moen Flo water monitoring and leak protection system. The software is not too complicated but he spent a considerable amount of time going over the functionality which made me feel very comfortable with the system. Impressive how the system has a learning period of our normal water usage before monitoring for leaks and immediately shutting the water off if detected. Jason is personable and a pleasure to work with. Glad I have found an awesome plumber.

Very professional experience with Gage. Just had our compressor replaced with on time service and great communication throughout! Very fair pricing! This was our first time using Mayhem Mechanical and so far they have exceeded our expectations!

Addendum: Mayhem also took great care of us following through an ice storm when another issue occurred with the same system. They promptly returned with quick response and resolved all additional issues without charge. It is a rare thing to have exceptional service like that. We will be going with them for all HVAC maintenance and services.

I was having issues with my heat pump. The team at Mayhem, got me scheduled, same day as my call, and were able to get the issue taken care of. Gage, Junior and the woman who took my call in the office (I am sorry I can't remember her name) were great! Give them a call if you need help!

Had an issue with an AC condenser working intermittently. Mayhem had a tech (Gage) out very fast to diagnose the issue. Fixed unit has been working perfect since. Highly recommend!

We have used Mayhem for HVAC over the years even a new HVAC unit as well, but recently used their Plumbing services for the first time.
Our water heater broke so we decided to go with a tankless water heater.
Mayhem installed the tankless water heater, drained and removed the old water heater in the same day.
