Well I have been calling them for days now. When someone did answer. I was told they would call me back the next day. Well that never happen. Tried to call again several times. They finally answered and said someone would call me back. Well days later still no call. I don't understand how this business is suppose to be open 24 hours and can't answer the phone and don't call people back! How in the world did they get a 5 star rating? So please don't waste your time calling them if you have an electrical problem. They must have rated themself and family members rating them they lied!

In the Memphis area, this is the best new construction electrical contractor. Bill has the expertise and organizational skills to complete your project on time and in budget. I will always call him for my Memphis construction projects!

Really can't give a total rating. Called to get a quote, gave generator info and was told I would get a call back. Still waiting on the call. The lady that answered the phone was super nice, though.

Worst experience ever! Answering service was rude, could not provide information and was the worst customer experience ever. We initially called for emergency service and after three hours no one had responded to the home. We called the service back and they indicated that it would be unlikely we would hear from someone for up to three days!!! That was never told to us on the initial call!! When we asked if service could be done today, she said she could not provide that information. Then she hung up on us!! If I could give zero stars, I would!!

These guys are amazing! I had trouble moving my business to Southaven due to an old building and ridiculous, expensive code requirements. After months of quotes, about 8 shady electricians & lost deposits, I found this company. They knew exactly what to do & guaranteed me to stand by their work until I passed inspection. They came several times over a few weeks & were always pleasant, punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and the price was right, about half of what those shady one man shows were trying to charge me. I was happy to pay & will only call them for my business & residential electrical needs. My business was finally able to open thanks to them.

The leasing office hired them for a job, but the office forgot to tell us power will be out for the entire summer day. I learned that morning and was concerned about my baby milk stash. The guys were so friendly in connecting my fridge while I stayed cool at a friend's home.
