Almost got run off the road on Walnut Grove by this idiot. Learn how to drive your company vehicle and don't almost hit other cars - especially ones with babies inside.

The Electrician that they scheduled to come out was very quick, prompt, professional and very detailed.I would highly recommend them for any electrical needs.

Driver of company vehicle was traveling south on Hacks Cross speeding and weaving in and out of traffic. Would not trust this type of company. They don't have enough common sense to not drive your truck with company logo like an idiot.

absolutely loved Calhoun! He called me at nine, he was there in two hours, he fix my problem in 30 minutes. He was funny, pleasant, and professional. I will definitely save this number in my contacts.

As you'll see in others' reviews, this company is awful. It's unfortunate that home warranty companies choose to use them, so do yourself a favor and asked that they not be used. The technician was incredibly disrespectful and talked down to me the entire time. I'm sure it was because I'm a woman or maybe he's just an a$$. He did try to "assess what type of homeowner I am". My guess was to nickel & dime me for other things. I wouldn't let him do anything that wasn't covered by my warranty. However, he had no clue what my warranty coverage was even after I showed it to him. He did finally fixed the broken receptacle but completely ruined the wood & paint in the process, saying "I did the best I could". I also asked a handful of questions about other electrical items and he claimed there were no issues. However, much of it was done illegally (e.g., no junction boxes), so I can't imagine that it's ok.

I would leave zero stars if I could! This company is a fraud! Do not let your warranty company send them out! I had a problem with the electric for my air conditioners. They claimed nothing was wrong even after the air conditioning company stated that it was a huge fire hazard. I had another company come out and the breakers in my fuse box had caught fire and were burned! Luckily I had them replaced before they caused my whole house to burn down. Victory Electric put my life at risk. They also are refusing to refund my $75 home warranty service fee.

We didn't get the help we needed when our home warranty provider sent a Victory Electric technician. After a potentially dangerour electric problem occurred, we called for warranty service. When the technician arrived, he was hesitant to do anything because the problem wasn't happening anymore. Every time we tried to get his professional advice on what next steps we should take, he acted like he was offended, ultimately rolling his eyes and being disrespectful, even though all we were asking for was his opinion. Furthermore, he never checked to see if the circuit was off before working on two outlets, which led to sparks flying when he opened one of them. I will not allow my warranty provider to assign them to our account again.

Assigned through my home warranty. Called me within 30 minutes of being assigned and fixed my electrical issue (bad circuit breaker) the same day. Mr Calhoun was professional, knowledgeable, and a very sweet man.

Victory electric is the worst company to begin with. They are contracted out through First American Home Warranty. When we filed a claim, Victory Electric assigned to take care of the problem we were having. We had the claim opened for over a week and they never called and we could not get in touch with them. After a week, we finally cancelled the claim and had some friends fix the problem for us. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Great experience! Called to schedule within 12 hours of being assigned by our home warranty company. Came after 6pm due to my work schedule. Quickly assessed and fixed my light switch issue. Service technician was prompt, informative, and kind.

Mr. Calhoun was excellent!! 5 stars! Great service with a smile and very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend this company! They were right on time! Great personal touch. My wife and I were very pleased. Job well done and it only took about an hour. Quick and efficient service!!

One one: TRASH

I spoke with the contractor or owner, whatever, after a home warranty request. He wanted to know what was going on, so I told and he wanted to know specifics about the wiring, etc. so I suggested a video chat. While speaking with him, he was not only rude, agitated and unwilling to receive inquiries regarding the out of pocket $150 or more, he must have forgotten that I could see his facial expressions. I remained calm, but concluded the call because the tone of the call was VERY negative and unprofessional. That was close to three weeks ago. I hadn’t received the service fee I paid in advance, so I called my home warranty company and was told that the contractor relayed to them that he’d set up an appointment, came to my home and that no one answered. That is clearly is false and his is a liar. What is irritating is that, if I hadn’t paid, as I always do, the service fee when set up the call, he wouldn’t have been in a position to lie and steal... SADLY, THIS LACK OF INTEGRITY, CHARACTER AND UNPROFESSIONALISM (BEHAVIOR, ATTITUDE AND STUPIDITY) IS UNFORTUNATE, BUT EXACTLY WHY I OPT OUT OF CERTAIN BUSINESSES. 😑

Very professional and completed the requested services in a timely fashion. Whenever I had questions, I received a swift response. I would definitely use this company in the future.

Victory Electric Service is fast, reliable, and delivers quality work. I’ve used them several times for both small and major projects, and I’ve never had an issue with their workmanship or their pricing.

This place doesn't exist anymore. It's just a duck call place. Waste of my time
