Tried to order Allen Bradley lighting contactor through Agilix since they are the only authorized distributor in Memphis area and one sales rep never called back after I sent him pictures so called back and was told I needed to call the Jackson, Ms office and they said you are in Memphis our headquarters call them! I called and got a Miguel and sent him pictures and he told me I’m working on a “quote” and it’s been a week and still no quote and contacted again and still nothing. Complete incompetence. Allen Bradley needs to open up the distribution network to include more distributors but the lack of communication and knowledge from Agilix staff is unacceptable! If I could give Zero stars I would!

Our company owns multiple commercial buildings in the area and Edison Electricians has always been our contractor for any electrical requirements. Their electricians are skilled and cost estimates are always provided beforehand. Don’t hesitate to work with them.

I am so happy to review this company! I was referred to them by a friend that was also happy with their work. The electrician gave me a quote on the project and was very helpful. I called the company a few times afterward to revise the selection and then was able to set a date. I was happily surprised when a bunch of workers showed up to bust out the project as quickly as possible. They were kind and efficient. Even covered all the furniture and did not leave a mess. I will recommend them to my friends.

Zero stars. I am a real estate agent. My customer hired these guys to repair frayed wires in attic caused by squirrels, per an inspection report. James came out and put electrical tape on them and charged my customer $175. Customer received email receipt with nothing itemized. Called James and told him needed itemized receipt stating what was done and that everything was in working order. Was told they'd have to come back to do that and there would be another charge. As their agent I called who I thought was the owner. James called me back and said he was an owner and it was none of my business and hung up on me. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment scheduled for last week and I was told that the person coming out to give me the estimate was taking a personal day off. I was asked to reschedule my appointment. I can understand this type of thing can happen. My appointment was rescheduled for today at 4pm. I got a call at 1142am this morning from James Crume telling me he was about 30 minutes away from my house and wanted to know if he could stop so he would not have to wait until 4pm. I told him I could not due to a conference call at 1230pm. Then he began to question me wanting to know what time I would be finished and why was my appointment scheduled so late in the day, then he had the nerve to say he did not want to wait until my appointment time. The last time I checked anyone running a business need to be mindful of the customer. I told him not to even worry about coming and I would contact Generac for someone who wanted my business and knows what customer service really means!!!

Very professional,they set appointment for job and they stuck with it. Always on time and high quality work. This company will be my go too for many years to come.

Awesome company and they did a great job for a great price. Followed through thoroughly on all inspections needed and performed the work in a very timely manner. Couldn't have asked for a better electrician. I highly recommend them, and I will be using them for future electrical work.

I was expecting to be taken advantage of, but they were very very helpful. They even called MLG&W for me and got them to come out that same day. They were friendly, kind people that truly cared about my electrical needs.

C & B Electrical Svc did an excellent job and have done work for me in the past. Their employees get the job correct the first time and are very professional. They are also a good christian company. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work needed.

The guys from C&B Electric (Brandon & Caleb) did an excellent job hanging ceiling fans in our new home. Very professional and dependable. Completed the job quickly and cleaned up the area. We will definitely contact them again.

My husband and I used C&B Electric to remove and install a new Hunter ceiling fan. I was contacted by an electrician named James who eventually came out to do the install. Once he finished the install, I noticed the fan had a slight wobble. James said ceiling fans tend to have a wobble. He also said my Hunter fan was light in weight and my 18 to 24 inch down rod contributed to the wobble. Since James was the expert, I went along with it. I did some online research because I have another ceiling fan in my home that do not wobble, as well as other ceiling fans in the past that did not wobble. I found some simple reasons online that could cause this issue and contacted James to see if he would come back to inspect my ceiling fan. Mind you, the fan was installed five days prior. James continued to say ceiling fans wobble and he was so busy he would have to charge me a $75 service fee to come back out. Then he said, “ You understand.” No I didn’t and still don’t understand. I paid $150 for the install, was not satisfied, call you to see if you would at least try to see if you could do anything, and I get charged another fee. Why take the customer’s money if you’re adamant that’s just the way the fan is going to work? To me, that’s suspicious. Everyone knows a ceiling fan don’t just wobble. Be selective of who you chose to spend your hard earned money with! The least James could have done was come check his work. If the outcome was the same, then so be it. But not trying to satisfy the customer and having no willingness to inspect your work is unacceptable. I would not recommend C&B electric because obviously they do not stand behind there work.

Desperate need to have a commercial sign fixed.
Everyone from James to Caleb were super professional and easy to work with! Let me not forget competitive prices they look out for the little guy! Get on the schedule and get your job done the CORRECT way.

I needed someone to come out quickly, and C&B answered the call, resolved the issue fast, and at a great price. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Memphis area. Walked me through the problem, told me what to look for if it comes up again, and were honest and courteous. They made sure the issues was fully resolved before moving on. 5 star service from James and Jacob.

We just had our first servicing completed. The Tech (Chris) was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. If you want it done right, they are the ones!

I highly recommend C & B Electricians! James Worked on an AlumiConn Aluminum wiring project that my insurance was requiring me to do at one of my multifamily rental properties.

James communicated very clearly and often about the status of my big project and it helped me to feel at ease about what was going on at my property even though I could only check in on it in person once a week or so.

The quality of work was exceptional and my property is now much safer with the aluminum wiring dangers being mitigated according to the Government and my insurances criteria.
