It's always a pleasure to do business with Graybar in Memphis TN. Always friendly service no matter what time of the day I come in. Always helpful to understand my needs even if I am calling in a order. The staff is wonderful to be around.

I'd give them no stars but I never got a chance to see if they actually have good customer service or not because I stood at the counter for 30 mins and didn't get any help. 2 people that worked there walked by but didn't say anything at all. I finally got tired of waiting and decided to go to a different supply house.

The place where I can purchase materials for low voltage. Great customer service. I'm on a first name basis.

I realized after several trips to the Lamar location that one employee doesn't care for women customers. I had to go there ONLY because two other companies were out of stock of what I needed. Patrick walked around while I was standing at the counter waiting to be helped. He saw me waiting but took his sweet time even acknowledging me. When he finally came over to see what I wanted, he CLEARLY made it known that he didn't want to deal with me. Another customer asked him how his day was going & he looked at him like "NOT GOOD". I took that as if I was the problem. I only spent about $1200 & I'm only one customer so I'm sure no one cares about this review. This wasn't the first time he did this either. WONT BE RETURNING.

They’ll help you if it’s convenient for them to do so. If not sit back and enjoy the popcorn. They’re not as bad as Bluff City but their customer service is lacking especially when you compare their prices to their competitors. They’re higher than everyone except Bluff City.

The Guy at the counter is a little rude, and Typically does not have what I need. The prices are very high, and watch what they take from your account, not just your receipt
Updating my original Review, even worse service than the first time. Arrogant, smug attitudes, low availability, bad pricing. These people don’t appreciate your money, and they don’t make their employees treat you like they do either. Must be a business based on nepotism.
