Amazing guys. Awesome work. Very knowledgeable. Answered every question I had and was super informative. Great guys great work. I recommend them highly to anyone that use any of the Phelps companies.

They were very quick and efficient. Very professional i had two techs come out they were sean and Raymond very friendly and knowledgeable and assured me that they'd get me some kind of power which put me at ease. They assessed the problem. A quick trip back to there workplace for parts and they came back and fixed the problem. And here I am at 3 pm with full power !!! Thank you Phelps electric and thank you Sean and Raymond !!

Still haven’t had our service repaired. Almost a week later. Technician no showed for a scheduled appointment, that the company scheduled.

Thankful they came out and made things right and repaired our service!

The company was contracted by my HVAC man to do the electrical work for the generac I purchased. The company came out the first time with about 5-6 people, minus the owner-Travis. They were here all day with most of them sitting around doing nothing. The electrical work done didn't pass code. He has been back a couple of times and talks about what needs to be done, but he has not been back to complete the work to meet code requirements. My HVAC man in my presence, attempted to call him and he didn't answer. He has been paid in full, the agreed amount for the work he was supposed to do. Definitely not good business. It has been over a month now. I purchased the generator so that my 88 year old mother and I wouldn't have to continue to be in the dark every time there's a power outage. Where I live, power will go out on a sunny day as well as in stormy weather, so that's why I wanted the generator.
