If you work for a company that uses them, they will call and harass you on your personal cell about their money, even when they have the contact information for the people who will actually pay them. I wouldn't recommend them, but if you absolutely must use them, DO NOT give them your cell phone number

Phelps Electric is AWESOME!!! Randy and Chris were the technicians that came to my house and they were incredible! I had a list of about 10 things! One was adding an outlet in a hallway. To keep the “mechanics” to a minimum, they routed the connection through a closet and then were so neat with putting the cut wallboard back on, I could barely tell where it was! They also added a light in my attic and positioned It so that it would shine into the furthest corners! I highly recommend them!

My A/C stopped working on Sunday. I called and left a message and received a call back first thing Monday morning. Technician was here shortly and got the problem fixed. He also stayed to make sure that all was well before he left.
