Dana went above and beyond for us. The owner himself came out as all of the technicians were booked up. He solved 2 issues at once for us for a reasonable price and couldn't ask for more.

Asked Dana to put in a 3 phase service, not bothering to check with Memphis Light Gas and Water he put in the wrong service and expected me to pay for his screw up. Did pay him for the right service which was over priced on.

I live in midtown Memphis and lost power during a bad ice storm when a large limb tore my powerlines from the house. I know Dana Mitchell must have been inundated with service calls for repairs but they added me to their list. Within 12 hours, they sent electrician Mike and he couldn’t have been more gracious, kind, thorough and skilled. Even in the dark and in freezing temps, he remained friendly and focused. Simply amazing. I will use them and recommend them for any of my future electrical needs.
