Memphis Sewer and Water was quick to respond, scheduled what we needed done in a very timely fashion and communicated immediately when the weather didn’t cooperate. We needed to close our septic system and connect to the sewer line which is a big job. They performed flawlessly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

It is never good when you are making an emergency call for a plumber late on a Friday afternoon! But Ryan answered the phone and got his team out to my house to address a backed up sewer line, even though their work day was wrapping up. They quickly assessed and stabilized the situation. When I was having trouble with the city fixing the sewer connection, he personally came back out to provide the plumbing evidence to the city that the backed up sewer was in their pipes. Ryan is a guy that cares about his customers and it shows!

Had a sinkhole in the yard that was steadily getting worse and decided to have an expert look at it and recommend a fix. MS&W had done drainage work in the neighborhood and I called to schedule an inspection. Bo came out within hours and scoped the sewer drain. He found several areas where the original terra cotta pipe had separated and walked me through pictures of the issues with recs for a fix. Discussion was very thorough and no pressure at all to have them proceed with a repair. I asked for a quote and received a written one that was very reasonable. Decided to proceed and the repairs were done THE NEXT DAY due to a schedule cancellation they had received after looking at my problem. Work was performed and completed with excellent workmanship and outcome. Had to trench the line but much care was taken to refill and mound the soil so lawn issues were minimal. Thanks to Bo, Aaron, and the crew for a super response and a well done job. These guys are good!

Called Ryan early morning and he was at my house within an hour. He immediately called Bo and he came with the camera and told me what was going on and said they could be out the next day to do the repairs. They had me connected and running again very quickly. I would highly recommend Memphis Sewer & Water. We had to replace a 110-year-old sewer line out to the alley; what a daunting task. Ryan and his team completed the project in one day in a professional manner. They are very transparent and set realistic expectations about the process and result.

We needed a new sewer and water line run to our new garage. Memphis Sewer & Water got the job done! It was quite the undertaking digging a trench and laying the lines all the way around our house and to our garage. They also added a new line to our main house. It was amazing to watch them work and get it all done in one day. It was very reasonably priced.

They did an amazing job for us. Very honest and found out when they started to replace our sewer line that AT&T had drilled a hole thru the line causing our problems. They took pictures for us and sent them. Very glad we called them.

Ryan got my call when I was actually out of town, he came over without me being home to do an inspection. He gave me a quote on the spot after inspecting the home. Once I was able to ask a few questions and decided to move forward, He and his team started on it 1 days later and finished 2 days (due to the rain). He is also offering to come back to smooth out the yard after all the digging once the ground is dried up.

Totally recommend him for this kind of work.

For years, I dreaded and postponed having my sewer line repaired, and when it finally caved in and could not be cleared, I still put off calling for help. Finally somebody told me to call Ryan Foster, LLC. That turned everything around! After Ryan's inspection of my problem and earnest determination to solve it without breaking my bank, my mind was at ease. That was Friday afternoon; Monday at 7:30 a.m., his crew started to work, and by noon, the water was flowing again! Everybody was friendly, professional, and focused on quality work. I am beyond satisfied in every way.

Best service I have had in years! They returned phone calls, gave a timely quote, and set a date for the work to be done. They were professional every step of the way. They explained the process of replacing all of our outdoor pipes from the street to the house. Their pricing was fair, and their work was done well. When they were done, they even stacked the bricks back up that lined my flower bed (that had to be partially dug up for the repair). They told me up front exactly where the work would need to be done. I will definitely use them for any plumbing needs!

I had a new sewer line and water main installed from house to street. After several companies declined the job because of special difficulties with access for heavy equipment and placement of several very large old trees on the property- I contacted Memphis Sewer and Water. Ryan Foster came out in a more than timely manner, identified the issues, figured out options and discussed a couple of choices for proceeding. I found him straightforward and honest about what his crew would do and what I could expect. He didn't gloss over or sugar coat what it would take to get the job done. He sent me an estimate and fit me in to his schedule quickly. Ryan oversaw the work of his crew. They worked hard and professionally, dealing with sprinkler lines, trying to go easy on tree roots and even finding and fixing a problem at the last minute that could have easily been overlooked and would have been a major headache to rectify later. So- points for attention to detail.
This was major excavation and the impact on the property was considerable- I feel they did an adequate job with back filling and clean up, but it is clearly not their main focus. You will need a lot of work done to put your property back together. Maybe Ryan and his crew should expand into landscaping as a side business. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. They are professional and skilled at their work.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We bought a house in an older part of town with the original sewage pipes from when the house was first built. To be succinct, our sewage issue became emergent overnight, preventing us from being able to do anything that required draining (shower, toilet, washing clothes, etc.), and we did not have time to waste. After snaking and sending a camera through, the first reputable company we called was completely unable to help. That's when we called Memphis Sewer and Water, LLC. Bo answered promptly and had Greg came out to our home that afternoon. Greg and another individual spent a few hours working diligently to figure out what was wrong, as this was not a cut and dry situation. Ryan came out to confirm what needed to be done, and they fit us in as soon as they could to completely replace the entire line. Greg and Bo had the line completely replaced and dirt covered and compacted in a day. Greg and Bo were some of the most professional and kind individuals that we have worked with, and they had the best attitude, especially for what they had been dealing with all day. On top of all of this, they both kept our home as clean as possible during the fix and answered my many questions. I can't recommend this company enough!

We had a septic tank nightmare and needed help fast! Ryan & his crew came out that day to investigate the problem and they had our septic tank pumped and filled and had us connected to the city sewer line in a short period of time. They took care of everything and made the entire process as painless as possible. Highly recommend!

He and Bo came to the home and allowed my family and me to view what they were seeing on the camera. Explained everything in layman's terms so we could understand. Was able to schedule and complete the services in a timely manner. I am pleased with the work. I was the last person in my neighborhood to have well water. It was time to switch to city water. I had approximately 600ft from the meter to my house. They arrived early in the morning and were gone by 3pm. New water line complete! Ryan was so easy to work with and made sure what his plan was and kept me updated throughout the day. Also, Beau was exceptional to work with as well. Also to the rest of the crew, sorry, didn't catch their names, but they were awesome as well. All were very nice and respectable and i would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys, for the quick, fast, great work!

Ryan and Bo were fast, efficient, honest and respectful. Not really sure what more you could ask for. They diagnosed a water line leak and did repairs for a reasonable fee.
