They came out n did measuring seeing What I wanted in my kitchen three months later still waiting on an estimate but that’s all right I’ve already got my kitchen done would never go in there again

They were extremely helpful and friendly. Although, they no longer carried the brand for the parts needed, they made a call and sent me to the right place. They have a Beautiful Showroom. Thanks!

be careful not a good place to buy a quantum door from them. they will lie to you just like DOG DOES. MY STORY PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ. THANK YOU. 6 months ago i prdered quantum door from them. clearly told me its will take me 4 months later to receive it. so i wait. 4 months later i got it. but other issue was occurred.broken glasses . one of lady nice enough to give me a 450.00 off from installation. i'm so please with.so i wait another months later until today i called her back finally walker called me back saying that the glasses company SCREW US SO I SCREW YOU , IF YOU LIKE IT, I LL GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK. CLEARLY HE TOLD ME THAT WITH VERY UGLY TONER , PLEASE WHO EVER WANTS TO BUY A QUANTUM DOOR RECONSIDER THESE PLACE. THANK YOU

My wife and I could not have been more disappointed with the service we received here. We visited on two separate occasions, once to look at Quartz counter tops and once to look at bathroom tiles. Each time, the service was nonexistent, even after 45 minutes in the tile showroom. I would recommend Minimax in Bartlett, as they offer a great selection of products and with much better service.

I hired Quantum showroom in July of 2018 to do a small kitchen renovation; this renovation consistd of removal of a superficial wall with Sheetrock repair, installation of 8 can light fixtures, installation of a kitchen island with new countertops, replacement of existing kitchen countertops, installation of a new sink and faucet, and replacement of base boards. They started the project by removing the wall, backsplash, and countertops in one day; they also unhooked my sink and dishwasher. They did not return to my house for over six weeks. When they finally delivered my island, the cabinet doors were incorrect. My countertops were installed with a chip in the island and an extra, very visible seam with a thick grout line. I was also told that the can lighting I had discussed on the initial walk through was not possible due to my low sloping roof (I had can lights installed in my guest house last year, and it has a flat roof, so I’m not sure how that wouldn’t work). In November I met with the supervisor and contractor who both admitted that the project had taken way more time than it should have; they committed to have everything completed by November 30. It is now July of 2019. I am still missing trim work, the quarter round has visible nails, as well as the drawer fronts that were finally replaced were attached so poorly that two are loose and one has fallen off. The base boards are not even attached to the cabinets and there is a visible 3/4” gap between where they sit and where they should be attached. Also there are cabinets that were installed improperly, they are not level and the drawers do not match up correctly. In addition we discovered that there was a leak behind the sink that they installed that was negligently covered up. There was water damage, black mold, and bugs because of this leak. I had to hire a mold specialist to come tear out behind the sink, treat for mold, and repair. When asked about the leak, the response was that they never noticed anything. I might add that my plumber showed me the pipe when he replaced it. There was a hole the size of a screw in it. I hired this company because I had actually used them for two projects in 2015 that went well. I guess a lot changes in 4 years. I might also add that my past few attempts to contact the supervisor have gone without response.

Awesome experience! We had talked for years about updating our 40 year old home that we had lived in for 36 years. The idea had always appealed to us, but the process seemed intimidating so we had been putting it off. One day we went to Quantum Showrooms just to look around and get some ideas. We were greeted by Nik, one of the designers, who immediately made us feel at ease. Nik was very professional and easy to talk to and she came up with a kitchen design that exceeded our expectation. Next Kevin Wright and Nik visited our house and more ideas were discussed and the possibilities to update the house were explored. After spending time with them we realized this was the team we could trust to handle all the updating we needed done to the house. In the end we did a complete first floor renovation ( with Nik’s expert design guidance!) including all new flooring throughout; 2 complete bathroom renovations; re design of our staircase; widening an opening between the dining room and kitchen; painting ; and of course, our dream kitchen. This process took approximately 3 months to complete and we were able to live in our house throughout the entire process. Kevin is a great communicator and kept me informed of every step of the process and I always knew who was coming to our house and what to expect. I know we would not have had such a positive experience if we didn’t talk to or see him at the house almost everyday to evaluate the work and progress for each step in our renovation. All the people we dealt with became like family to us- including Ann and Walker in the office and Roger, his supervisor, who worked tirelessly to insure everything was done properly. All of his team members who worked at our house were professional and skilled in their job.
We would highly recommend Quantum Showroom for any home renovation!

Went today to get some vanities for my house I needed 5 vanities which was a big purchase for new house . But I guess I didn’t look they way they wanted . The lady start questioning me about the house and if I knew the sizes and all that I said yes I know exactly what i want then she told me oh the guy isn’t working today so maybe you have to come back tomorrow. I will never go back there again .

I had a great experience with my bathroom renovation at quantum. I took them a picture of what I wanted and the accomplished it all-now I have the bathroom I had envisioned for 10 years. I will definitely use them for my next bathroom renovation-hopefully I won’t wait long since they made it so easy-great people and high quality work!

Quantum recently did a major kitchen renovation for us that included taking out walls, replacing the floor, cabinets, counter tops and backsplash. They did an amazing job!! I wish I could give them 10 stars! Walker and the staff were great at helping me make selections. The guys that did the work were incredible! It turned out better than I could have imagined. In my opinion, it's as good, if not BETTER, than anything on HGTV! I highly, highly recommend Quantum if you are looking for a kitchen renovation.

Excellent Customer Service. They Come right out to measure. They follow up. The Installers were superb! They give excellent one on one. They treat you with Respect. I worked with the store for one year and not one time did I ever get mistreated or neglected.

I worked with Quantum Showrooms on a tile project for my home ten years ago. I just needed help with a new tile project and was happy to be able to work with them again. That says everything about how much I value their advice and help.

Anne and Walker, both of whom I’ve worked with, listened carefully so they could not only understand my needs but also understand me and my home. That way they could look at the project through my eyes, see how it works with the rest of my home and then find the tile that reflects my style rather than imposing their style on me.

Quantum is also a great resource because of the wide selection they offer. And Anne and Walker are completely familiar with the inventory. So they could immediately think of a variety of possibilities. Then as we reviewed the tiles, they not only explained the strengths and any possible downsides of each but also helped me better understand and articulate my own responses.

Finally, Anne and Walker are really personable and immediately made me feel comfortable. They were willing to spend as much time with me as I needed, never seeming hurried or rushed. In short, they treat even a small project as if it were a major one because they understand that even a small project is big to those of us seeking their help.

For all of these reasons, I give Quantum Showrooms my very highest recommendation.
