Been using Coker Plumbing Co. for many years. Happy to have a plumber who isn't just a "parts changer" and that can repair some plumbing with tricks of the trade. I won't hesitate using them again.

I had a appointment with the company between the hours of 11-1, so I had to take the day off work. The technician never showed up, nor was I called by the company until after 3pm.

Was over charged . After the 4 day job was done had a big mess here . Very unprofessional and took way to long to do the job .Very unhappy . Now have hot water in the commode. Didn't fix the other two homes as requested .Will never use again.

Leaky outdoor faucet. Stopped leak with washer. Explained if recurs may need replacement which would be more expensive complicated fix. Grateful for easy fix . My husband hates plumbing and I would rather pay a friendly plumber that live with cranky husband. Thank you Culpeper.

We had a water leak at the commode. He fixed it and knew what he was doing. On time and reasonably priced. We've used Culpeppets several times and have been pleased each time. Good service.

I have used Culpepper for all of our family homes and suggested them to many other friends,however after my last two experiences with this company I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Our last experience with this company was a TOTAL DISASTER after 3 hours and not fixing a toilet and making black hand prints and black shoe marks on white wool carpet the 2 people decided to leave the job. I think it was a good time for them to do so. In ending I would give this company a negative 5 star rating. Maybe it is time for this family business to CLOSE.

They left the kitchen faucet worse than it was when they came out finally (after standing me up for the first appointment). Now are telling me they are going to charge me for another visit for fixing something they made worse. They didn't tighten down the disposal so water went everywhere which I fixed myself, but the sink still leaks (worse than before) and shoots water out of the top of the faucet when you move the over tightened neck/stem which is a new issue. I recommend not using them as they do not stand behind their work and are uncommunicative - tell me they will call me back but do not.
