Sammy is the man. He was able to snake our tub drain properly after a different company had made the issue worse. Friendly and knowledgeable. 👍

Quick response, helped to fix me water heater after I spent 3 hours trying to myself. Will call again in the future. Called at 6PM and was completed and working water heater by 1PM the next day.

From being up all night mopping water I didn't know what to do so I google a Plumber and when I came across Rooter Man that was the best thing I could've done they gave me a time they would come but somehow they ended up coming earlier than I expected. I want to Thank The Rooter Man of Memphis for technician Alton for the great job he did! My sink was backed up for the 4 (four) days. Alton unclogged it within 30 minutes. Alton was a very professional young man with a beautiful personality. This young man came into my house and assessed the problem with my sink and immediately cleaned and unclogged my sink... Thank you so very much for a job well done!

I was quoted a price over the phone of $650
After they completed the job they wanted payment of $1183. I called to complain and was told they would get back with me over the price discrepancy. No one ever returned my call. Had I known it would be over the quoted amount I never would have hired them. The normal rate is between $600 and $700

New build and plumbing was backing up as soon as turned on. They were so helpful.. Sent crew out to pump the water out and identified the issue immediately. Fast, efficient and affordable. Will definitely use them again.

Rooter-Man has helped us twice with first, replacing our water heater in 2023. Second, we called them at around 7:30 p.m. on 10-15-24 to replace a leaking pipe fitting on the water heater that another company replaced and overcharged us for ( I will not mention that company’s name ) that did the work 😂.On 10-16-24 Rooter-Man came that morning and promptly repaired the pipe fitting. Their customer service was excellent and their team is very professional. I highly recommend Rooter-Man. We appreciate the work they have done for us.

My experience with rooter man has been absolutely awesome!! I had a technician to come out four years ago and they were so good that I called them back again to check on something else and it was once again a great success. If you want an accurate friendly service, always call them. Alton was my technician this time and he was very nice and on time.
