Rooter-Man has always given excellent service, and this visit today was above par as well. I called yesterday with drains backing up and Tiffany, at the office, did her best to get a technician out asap.
She was in contact with me throughout the day, and the technician arrived bright and early the next morning. Alton, was so friendly and thorough.
It is so nice to see an office that will go the extra mile to make sure that an emergency situation is serviced!

First of all, I’d like to say, I’ve had them come out to provide service at one of my properties and the thing I liked the most is that they’re very honest they’re very reasonable. They don’t try to upsell you, which I appreciate a lot. I would highly recommend for you to at least have them come out and assess your situation and give you a reasonable fair price and you can compare to others. They will always receive a five star rating from me and I thank them for their honesty and quality work.

Chris and Ryan did a fantastic job repairing our watermain leak.
I would recommend this company over some other companies that gave me a price (substantially higher) without even making an effort to see what or where the problem was. Chris's estimate was right on par with total when completed.

Came out today and checked my septic system and said it was all good. Expected a service call bill and got one but was $0.00. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely call them again when I have my septic pumped. Talked to 2 different receptionist and both were very knowledgeable and friendly!!

This is my 2nd time using Rooter-Man and both times I've been very pleased with their work. They are professional and experienced plumbers.
