Very good service an every knowledge people on plumping parts an issues

Drive 36 miles to find out they didn't have the parts they told me that was there 10 minutes before I left to go pick them up

Memphis-Springbrook location. On the phone they were personable and assured me that they either had the part or could help me out. We discussed brand, measurements. Upon arrival they told me that the part I needed was not replaceable and I would need the whole assembly. They stated item would not be on a private residence and other strange comments. Even made a call to back themselves up that it is not available. I did not believe them as I already knew from previous experience, online and their other employee it is replaceable. One employee did offer to assist but what they had did not work. I went online and bought the part from Amazon as it was quicker than Ace. I would only visit again if it were my last resort, plenty of decent folk in Memphis to work with. I felt like the visit was a waste of time and an opportunity for them to practice their BS skills. I will reach out to management.

Very good work in repairing a leak that happened in the middle of the night...

DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. I was excited about the speedy service and low price. We hired them to hire a leak at the water meter. Someone showed up rather quickly and said it'd be a quick, hour long repair. It took them over 8 hours but they claimed it was fixed. I noticed the next morning that the meter hole was still full of water. I asked about it, and was ensured that it was only residual water and the repair was complete. It was not, and we've lost another $300 in lost water. We tried to go by the company and the address is fake. There is no office on College Street. They've sent someone back out and he left it still leaking, now we're having to hire another plumber and we don't know who to sue because the address is fake, and it's not a registered company in Tennessee. Don't ever hire them unless you just want to be scammed.

Promised to do job, didn't resolve any of my problems. After paying $500 and several phone calls. I received no call backs. Nor would they answer my calls. Have not refunded money for job that wasn't done.

Had a broken pipe, called HD; showed up within 30 minutes of my call. Quoted the job fairly reasonable and did an outstanding job. No More leaky pipes and my water bill will become more cost efficient.
