Very helpful. Saved me from replacing an outside faucet which was going to be hard given the placement and the piping! Repacked the stem and sent me (happily) on my way for a fraction of the cost.

This place is great! I took a picture of the part I needed and they went in the back and gave me exactly what I needed to fix the problem. Can't say enough good things about this company their always eager to help and if you don't understand something they take the time to explain. You can't find a place with this good customer service in Memphis, Tennessee.

I'm so glad that someone recommended this company to me. I searched all over for a specific bathtub spout and couldn't find it. A handyman was charging nearly $300 to "repair" it. After the recommendation, I took the part to All-Rite Plumbing and was so glad I did. The gentleman that helped me examined my old part and quickly was able to identify a match in inventory. (This isn't the traditional box store where you can walk around looking for items. Most items are behind the service counter). He even opened the packaging right in front of me to measure and test it, just to be certain. I really appreciated the extra step. The part was about $40, which saved me over $250.
Additionally, all COVID-19 precautions were taken by staff and customers.

Awesome store they have the most extensive selection I’ve seen and it’s very nice to just order at the counter and the guys there are very helpful and knowledgeable

These guys are knowledgeable and helpful. I’d been all over town looking for a tank ball to fit my prehistoric toilet, and none of the big box stores carried it. I’m so glad I found this place; they not only carried it but also showed me how to install it and got me outfitted with all the parts I needed. Highly recommend and will be back!
