I had 3 toilets changed out. Hugo Plumbing was reasonable in today's times compared to many larger chains. The crew was on time and very professional. I decided to use their toilets for quality and warranty. IThey immediately separated to divide and conquer. They were quick but very thorough. The last installer checked 3 times before he left to make sure everything was just right.
They are also family owned. I'll be using them for future plumbing needs.

Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

They came to fix a leak on the outside faucet. They said it was fixed and left. By the end of the day, our dining room was flooded. They came back out that night to repair. They had to cut a hole in the wall to fix. The indoor leak was caused by something they did outside and they admitted that. They said they would come back and fix the hole but never did….it’s been over a year. I sent them a bill for the cleaning of the drapes that got wet, but they ignored it. We had recently installed tile floor, thank goodness, so it was not damaged. The oriental rug was dripping wet but dried nicely. All I asked for was the hole to be fixed and to pay for cleaning of the drapes since they had a water line about 4 inches up. Do not call this company…too risky.

While washing dishes, the kitchen sink backed up with water. It became clear that the drain pipe was clogged. I contacted a plumbing service for help. The plumber removed the clog and tested the pipe. Everything started draining normally again.

Bathroom sink pipe had developed a small crack. Their specialists replaced the damaged section neatly. Everything was secured tightly. Sink area is dry again.

I contacted this plumbing business for root removal and their team handled it efficiently. They explained the process and made sure the pipes were completely cleared. The improvement was immediate. Excellent work.

Their hydro jetting service cleared heavy buildup inside the pipes which made the drainage system work like new again.

Needed a routine check so I called this plumbing company and their technicians performed plumbing inspection and I appreciate how detailed the technicians were.

The plumber came out to handle a stubborn shower repair in our upstairs bathroom and their technician worked patiently to fix the valve and stop the constant dripping which finally gave us a quiet bathroom again.

Don’t be fooled, I’m pretty sure most (if not all) of the positive reviews are fake/paid. What I got was the reality, which was after giving and confirming a time to come, they never showed up and never responded to any further messages. I got completely ghosted because this isn’t a real business. Live and learn.

A strange buyer of my residence required a sewer cleaning and inspection. I promptly received a copy of the technician's video inspection, which he performed after a thorough cleaning that we found unnecessary. Could not have been happier!

Put in a pressure valve and do some pipe cleaning. Richard did a great job and was professional, and kind. I'm definitely going to use them again. He comes highly recommended!
