Very bad service I called Hugo for the best service and best quality however I could have got someone off the street to help me for a cheaper price..I have no problem paying all the money in the world to have my problems fixed correctly but to have a problem not fixed and you don’t stand behind your mess up a day after is not right. I didn’t determine the issue that’s what you get paid for if you leave my house and tell me it’s fixed that’s what I’m looking for.

I have been buying parts for years and never had a bad experience. Need install of toilet and they where on time and price worth every penny. I would recommend them to anyone fir all plumbing needs

Worst so called plumbing service we've dealt with. We had a leak coming out of the wall and didnt know what was causing it. So we called them. They came out said it was coming from the toilet. So we let them fix it. Now its leaking worse then before ,So we called them back someone came out. And the guy that showed up was very rude. He said that we should've called a PINPOINT leak detection plumber to detect the leak first. And that there was nothing he could do. Thanks for nothing Hugo Plumbing. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

We hired them to clear the sludge from the a/c drain pipe. We requested that they use the snake to get all of it (we can see the sludge with our camera). They acted like we were crazy and told us that hot water would take care of it. We paid them, but the sludge is still there. When we called to let them know, they told us they would call back. They never did. The people who came out were very unprofessional and would not even address our concerns. Not good!

Called them to replace the water heater. Very honest and upfront overview of all the options. No pressure. Scheduled for the next day. Professional installation. Definitely recommended.

I recently had a plumbing crisis. Days before Christmas, as the family was coming to stay for the holidays, my water main broke and we lost all water pressure. Hugo put a priority on my repair and a crew of polite, capable guys showed up at 8 am in terrible weather and saved the day.

I can't speak highly enough of their service.

Hugo's has done different plumbing work for me over the last 10-15 years. I have found them to be honest,efficient and knowledgeable, and the work is done right the first time. They have always been courteous and respectful.

We had them come out to fix a wobbly toilet, the flange was broken which secures the toilet to the base. The plumbers were able to replace everything under a hour. They were super friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. I was also able to get an appointment for them to come over within 2 days.

Mr. Hugo and his team is top notch. I have a leaking outdoor focet for garden hose. He was able to diagnose the problem right away. He had to cut through a drywall from inside because when the house was built 10 years ago, builder did NOT install plumbing correctly. Mr Hugo reinstalled the pipe with much better insulation and replaced the focet. All this took him less then 2 hours, and he charges a fair and honest rate. I will definitely call him when I have plumbing issues!

We had a water heater that was on the verge of going out. Gave them a call and they were able to squeeze me in and get it taken care of that day. Definitely will use them again in the future.

Brian came out to address a leak close to the water turn-on valve. He found the leak and repaired it in a timely manner. When he was finished, the yard was replaced as if it wasn't even dug up. After the repair, he checked all of my sinks, showers, and toilets inside the house to ensure no further problems. He found an issue with the laundry water valve and offered to replace it right then. I would recommend Hugo Plumbing to everyone I know and would definitely use them again for all of my plumbing needs!

The Original Owner was a wealth of information! The new owner is not trustworthy. I recommended him on the basis that I had done business with his Father who was a stand up guy, always fair and honest. However, he has been out to my sons house twice, and has charged them a fortune, for almost no work, plus one of the original calls, instead of just telling them that he doesn't work on appliance related problems, he comes out and does nothing, then wanted to charge $350. My daughter in law at least got him to clear the shower drain for that amount! Ridiculous! I will NOT recommend this company ever again!

Very experienced, knowledgeable, ethical, professional, and fast. Very particular about doing excellent work. I can’t recommend them highly enough. The final cost with Hugo was less than half the estimate I got from a company that advertises on TV a lot - all that advertising is expensive. I’m super grateful that someone told me to call Hugo Plumbing before I did anything else. I won’t call anyone else.

I first try diy. I just visited their shop and got what I needed in reasonable price.
The gentleman took time and found the parts. It exactly replaced my old broken shower faucet cartridge.
None of the big box store had it... searched almost everywhere. I am thankful to the store and people there, saving me $$. This will now be my first store to go for plumbing parts.

I have used Hugo Plumbing a few times. We had water heater replaced once. They did a great job and replaced it the same day. We also have tree roots in our pipes. They have come out several times to help with that issue. Great service. Very knowledgeable. Local family owned company in Bartlett. Very happy with service and highly recommend them.

We had a leak in our front yard. Called for service and Barbara got me scheduled quickly. Bryan and John called and arrived on time. Found the leak very quickly and repaired in less than an hour. These guys were exceptional. Hugo’s will definitely be our first call for any future needs. Very affordable which is wonderful.
