I just needed a hand sprayer hose for my old sink. The part apparently no longer exists, but they went above and beyond to try to help me. It was much appreciated! Great place and knowledgeable people!

They didn't have what I needed (really old faucet) but were happy to refer me elsewhere and call to confirm they had the part. Great people. I'll be back.

I saw someone say that Tommy was prejudice because of pricing. They are very kind people and majority of their staff are black. Dude just didn’t get his way apparently. I love Memphis wholesale and their staff. Definitely recommend.

My hot water heater went out, so I called the phone number for National Economy Plumbers, because my mother had used them & was very pleased with the work & how pleasant the guys were that came to the house, so I called them, too. Everyone was so nice including the person answered the phone to the 2 plumbers who came. The price was right, too. I highly recommend.

I had NEP come out in June to fix a leaking toilet. Gus came out and was very unprofessional. I let him know we have an elderly in the home so please wear a mask and he laughed in my face. I thought he fixed the problem but it leaked within a few weeks. They sent another person back to try to fix it and still couldn’t leak. I’ve been trying to get them to come out and fix the issue. The Secretary was suppose to order a part. I called every week to see progress for the gasket because they had been working on the toilet and I didn’t want to have someone else touch it. 6 weeks later, I got a hold of the secretary again (she was never there when I would call) and she told me she never ordered the part because there’s no part to be had. When I asked when did she know there was no part to order, she responded that she knew when she was trying to order the part 6 weeks ago. I would not use this company. They don’t stand behind their workmanship, have unprofessional plumbers, and will put you as the last priority when they have to come back to fix things they didn’t do properly in the first place.

Upstairs shower was leaking onto ceiling. Charged me $1600 for new fittings. Did not fix the problem. I found out that the soap dish was loose and that is where the water was coming from. Put up cement board and put the tiles back on, myself.

All fixed: tub faucet leak, replaced sink faucet and snaked sink drain. Came and fixed on the day we called.

My sink was backing up in the middle of the night and I had to scoop buckets of water out of it for about 40 minutes to an hour before it finally stopped rising. My property manager called a few people, and Kevin from National Economy ended up showing up at 1:40am to help me out. He was more pleasant than anyone should be at that hour and was completely professional, time efficient, great at communicating, and wonderful to work with. He fixed my sink so I could sleep in peace without worrying it would overflow into the kitchen. I highly recommend him and National Economy. I'll definitely be giving them a call if I have issues in the future.

Brandon and another technician came to my home to repair my tub. They were very unprofessional playing loud music and sitting in the work van for over half an hour. They came to repair my tub replace the drain gasket and clear the drain. I paid 325.00 dollars for this service. After they left I took a shower and the tub still did not drain. When I called back, they said they would send someone out. When he came out he said it would be another 125.00 to clear the drain they fixed the day before. When I called the office back Glen told me to find another Plummer and hung up on me. This is the most unprofessional, rude, rip off in town. BEWARE!!!!!

I believe this company ripped me off two years in a row and left me without heat again the third year [2024]. I just got my gas floor furnace fixed easily by a honest plumber a few days before single digit temps came in! Cost me close to a thousand to have NEP not fix my heat. 😤
