I went in to see if they could help me find a part to connect my shower head to the pipe in the wall, before I could get 5 words out, the guy at the counter just said “don’t have it.” And turned around. ZERO customer service or interest in helping. Go anywhere else.

I have Kohler fixtures that were installed when home was built. Falk plumbing went above and beyond and found the parts that I needed to make repairs.

Supply house is great but the guy answering the phone is very impatient with you when asking a question. The only reason I come here is because Tyler and Pam are so nice. The phone service here is severely lacking as long as people like that answer the phone.

I appreciate Keith and the other guys at Falk who were very helpful in finding the right parts I needed to repair my plumbing problem. They took their time in considering different options and found the perfect piece for what I needed. Thanks!

Carl was a big help! I went in to look for a pop up drain for our vessel sink because the one I ordered online did not fit. They had one that would fit but Carl asked a few questions to make sure he understood why I needed a different one. Come to find out, our granite company didn’t drill the hole properly. If I would have bought the new pop up drain, it would have worked, but it also would have caused other problems with sitting water. Because of Carl’s knowledge and seeking to understand why I was asking for a different drain, we now have the granite company coming out to drill the proper hole and I won’t have to deal with sitting water :). I will be buying from Falk Plumbing going forward. A big thanks to Carl.

Excellent knowledge - they were able to track down and order the parts I needed to repair a 20+ year old Kohler tub faucet. I had already checked three other plumbing supply places, and these were the only ones that were able to find and order them. I didn't have any experience with the showroom side, so this is just a review of the parts department.

Beth was so helpful in getting me the right accessories. I was overwhelmed with choices and she patiently walked me through the process. Even suggested things I hadn’t considered.

The crew that came out,was very professional and the price was reasonable. They did. An awesome job and they clean up behind themselves.

This company installed the plumbing to my brand new home on last year. A year later, the water meter pipe has cracked. I chose to call another plumbing company to repair the pipe. The plumber informed me that the company who installed my plumbing did not properly mend the pipes which resulted in the cracking. He even showed the pipe that was not mended well at all. I called Albert Cook Plumbing to discuss that their faulty work cost me. The person who I discussed this had a nasty, overly sarcastic attitude and blamed "time". No one else in that subdivision who had a brand new home has had their water meter pipes crack in a year's time.

Good work quickly done! Large enough to come quickly, analyze a water heater problem and fix it the next day.

Too busy lately to even make a service call on a stopped up washer drain as of this June. Usually do a good job in the past I think they are dealing with shortages on workers. Worth a call but you may not get anyone to come out for a week or so.

Honest, courteous and professional! They diagnosed the problem quickly based on my comments and an actual observation. Then, they explained the least expensive solution up to most costly. Luck for me, the first one worked. I am so glad I called them! I told my service guys that I NOW have a permanent plumbing service. Thanks Albert Cook!

Was at my house for 30 minutes of work, but charged me for 1-1/2 hours of labor. Claimed it was for running around town to find and replace part under warranty. They pulled the part off the truck and fixed the issue within that 30 minutes. I don't recommend using these guys unless you want to be overcharged.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst plumbing experience I have ever experienced. Absolutely horrible professionalism (from owner and associates), poor customer service, and unreasonable prices.

Requested a camera service for a main sewer line and the price changed by $50 from one day to the next. Over the phone, the cost was $175 and once they finished scoping the pipe, the price was $225. Took 5+ days to give me a quote for the insurance company, and it was $1500-$1800 higher than the other quotes.

Spoke with the current owner of the company regarding my urgency for a quote for an insurance company and he spoke to me in a patronizing manner with complete disregard for the quality (or lack there of) of service I received.

I wouldn't wish the treatment I experienced with this company on anyone. I do not (and will not) recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

They did some work for me that was an emergency. Had a faucet break off and couldn't shut off the main supply. They were there quickly. Then after that I needed some repairs done and gave them a call. They said they would be here the next day which was good. They never showed up. Called the next day and they said they were on the way. This went on for about 5 days. I finally went to the office (I live just around the corner) and talked with the head man. He told me they only do new work and no repairs. Bold faced lie. I see them in the neighborhood doing repairs. Do not trust them.
