I’m very thankful for the team at Memphis Sewer and Water. They provided excellent service, replacing my sewer line at a fair price and completing the job in just one day. Their professionalism and efficiency were impressive. I highly recommend Memphis Sewer and Water to anyone in need of this type of service.

My 75-year old clay pipe sewer line had finally given up due to tree roots (we're guessing). It had finally backed up completely on a Friday night (because of course).

My plumber gave me Ryan's info and I called him for a complete sewer line replacement quote on Monday afternoon. He came out to look on Tuesday morning, and by Wednesday midday, it was done. He had said he thought he could get me in on Thursday, or the week after at the latest, so I was really excited that everything happened so quickly!

Ryan was so quick and efficient, and he was careful to keep me in the loop about the important decisions of the job, like how he could take down the back fence to get the excavator in. He was patient with my questions and careful not to exaggerate what he could do or make any promises about timing, etc. The cost was reasonable, and I was happy to get this job done so quickly and professionally. He was great to work with! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone with sewer issues.

Bo/Jose/crew showed up right at 7:00 AM to fix a broken sewage pipe on the driveway in front of our home. On-time at 7:00 AM, and I was able to ask questions to Bo while they were doing the work, and he answered every one of my questions. He was highly professional and would love to work with them again. They were done with the job by 10:00 AM the same day, and they just did an outstanding job!
I am amazed at their service, and if I ever need them again, they will be my first call.

Handled a sewer tap repair about six feet deep at my property and did excellent work. Communication was clear, the price was fair, and they worked efficiently in a tight front yard. The crew cleaned up well afterward and left everything graded and compacted properly. Highly recommend them if you want a reliable, honest company that specializes in sewer work.

Sewer line replacement. Had a great experience with this company. Both Ryan and Bo were extremely patient with me answering all questions and concerns. I was informed about the progress every step of the way. They appeared to be very knowledgeable and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the job.

We received wonderful service from Ryan and his team! They have been amazing. We had back-to-back tree root issues at two different properties, and they were out there the same day to diagnose the issue and get it fixed! The communication was great! I highly recommend this company to get the job done right. We will be using them for any of our future needs.

Had a pipe burst in the yard. This is a picture of the water damage to concrete coming from the grass and sewer. They replaced the whole pipe with an expanding pipe. They were available about 2 business days after first half of payment. It took about 3 hours to dig through our yard and concrete, to replace the old pipe. They were friendly and explained the process before and also what took place after. It was 4 or 5 men, making the quality of their work better, because each one was able to spot check one another. Thanks so much!

15/10, integrity, knowledge, expertise, and just a really nice guy. Had an issue w sewer line my plumber thought might be an issue, Ryan w Memphis Sewer came out to assess and was super expedient, did NOT charge me an arm and a leg to look at it and everything was fine, also offered advice on how to trouble shoot moving forward if the issue arose again. If you’re not educated in plumbing/sewer you have no idea what is a huge issue or a non issue and its hard to find a good company w big knowledge and ability with integrity. This one is. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
