Traditional plumbing was fantastic! We had a leaking bathtub faucet valve that needed to be replaced. Very quick response and Dylan was very knowledgeable and made sure to Check and make sure we didn’t have any other leaks under the house and not just the faucet. He was also extremely friendly and helpful and answering any questions I had. They are reasonably priced and get the job done well and correctly. Will definitely use them again!

I have a substantial garden and I needed something other than the spout connected to the house to water it with. I had a water line installed with two spouts, one on each side of the garden. So far so good. I gave four stars because I haven't hooked everything up yet to test it out.

Update: I haven't tried the spouts yet but I came to update the rating. Today, I received this gift from Traditional. I truly appreciate it. It's a nice gift! So, for that alone, you get a star!

Update: During the snow storm I had a pipe that burst. I called to see if they could fix the issue. I was told "no, we can't help you." I asked why not. I was then told, "there is nothing we can do for you." I hung up. I don't know what was up with the vague responses but I thought highly of Traditional and would be the plumber I call when need be.

I purchased a home and discovered the master shower had major pressure issues. Mitch stuck with it and determined the problem and had it all taken care of. Nice having a trusted partner to take care of unknown plumbing issues

Mitch and his partner were here on time, polite, got right to work. I'm happy with the installation and will use Traditional Plumbing again when the need arises.

Dylan and his counterpart are so easy to work with. Respectful doesn't begin to cover it. Service was excellent, they've replaced two water heaters in my home within a week and their work was so clean you wouldn't know they were even here. Thanks guys for doing such a great job!
