I contacted Traditional because of a possible leak under the kitchen floor. I researched their reviews and decided to call. Kelsy was friendly and provided a same day appointment. Shane arrived on time, professional, and immediately located the problem. Shane was able to pinpoint the problem without causing extensive damage. Our water has been off because of the leak. He provided us with water usage options until the major repairs can be completed. I really appreciate the professionalism as often this seems to be nonexistent. I will definitely use this company again because Shane came through for us!

Update: Traditional Plumbing completed a reroute and repair. Shane arrived to introduce Dylan and Brittney to make me feel comfortable. They strategically decided on how to reroute the pipes as it required cutting out sheet rock from multiple walls. They were professional, knowledgeable, neat, and did an amazing job. More importantly, I was not expecting the clean up at the completion of the project. This is the BEST company I have hired in a long time.

My service rep Mitch was very professional and knowledgeable about my plumbing issues He answered all my questions and was very patient with me during the process of explaining additional issues that needed to be addressed.
I would highly recommend Traditional Plumbing as well as Mitch for your plumbing needs.

Arrived when they said they would. Notified me each time they were on the way. Up front pricing with options so I didn’t have to be stuck with just one “fix”. Friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Would use them again! Had a broken flange/drain. Could have just replaced that but had been having issues with my faucets leaking after repeated other fixes so I ended up choosing to replace the whole assembly. Dylan was great to work with!

Jeremy was very friendly and thorough. He explained results again to my son. He went over options and what to look for. Very customer friendly.

I had a running faucet that wouldn’t turn off and was pouring water for hours. I called to have them fix it. There was an odd breakdown in communication but the staff listened, was helpful, and took very good care of me! Jeremy came out and was very knowledgeable, showed me the problem, gave me my options clearly, fixed my issue had me up and running. He also gave me suggestions on how to move forward. I highly recommend them!

I had an issue with my water service line where the pipe broke. They were out the next day and worked to ensure I had water the same day. I am very impressed by their professionalism and hard work. They were honest as well, stating this was more of an installation problem vs the ice/freezing that we had, which allowed it to be covered by warranty. I 100% recommend them.

I moved in a house with a custom cattle sink and I wanted it replaced. Well I ordered a sink and it didn't fit and Traditional plumbing came back out and measured and the sink fits perfectly and looks amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased as a customer. I would choose them a thousand times over again. Dylan was very professional and patient with me as I am very picky but nevertheless he was very accommodating and sweet. The staff does an exceptional job at making sure their customers are happy and the work is done to perfection! I can't Thank the staff enough including the administrative staff for a job well done. I cannot say enough about Traditional Plumbing! From Morgan’s excellent customer service to Dylan’s knowledge and professionalism. During this year snow/sleet/ice storm, a pipe burst overnight Friday into Saturday. I had a big name company come out and my gut instinct and YouTube told me not to trust their assessment. So I called Traditional Plumbing. Dylan not only came out ON SNOW COVERED ROADS, he also explained everything to me, showed me everything, fixed the issue, and left my home neat. Lastly, my son, who has Down syndrome was “very eager” to help. Dylan was so kind and so patient with “his assistant.” Thank you, thank you, thank you!! 😊

I called one afternoon and they were here the next morning to repair my water heater. I was given multiple options and ended up getting the water heater replaced since it was 17 years old. He had it done in the same service call within about 2 hours. Dylan was courteous, had good communication, and kept my house clean. Great first experience with the company.

The tech that came to do my maintenance appointment was very friendly and explained everything thing he was doing and why. He left me with a detailed report of any issues he found but didn't pressure me to get any work done that I wasn't ready for. Overall it left a very positive impression and made me that I had chosen the right company to care for my plumbing needs in the future.

They were able to come out in one day. The plumber was very professional and diligent. He showed me everything he did. We had one little issue when he had to replace a stopper and it did not match the finish on the faucet but it was not a big deal...unless you really care about that stuff. I needed a lot of odds and ends done, so I really cannot speak to the price but he was here almost all day. If calculated by the hour, I think the rate is kind of high, but if priced by project, maybe not. Overall, I'm glad they came out in one day and finished in one day and did not try to oversell. I also had a drain tech working on lines outside, which proved to be too problematic but I cannot put that on him. They also sent some very nice men to discuss water damage from one of my leaking pipes with some mold. I really was not expecting that and was not prepared for it. I could have saved them a trip. And they should probably arrive after the plumber has checked the leak. After the plumber looked at it, we realized it's an AC issue and the damage was actually pretty minor. We can fix it ourselves. But there were very professional and very nice.

Noticed a small water leak behind toliet while cleaning. I had a positive experience with Roto Rooter in the past so called them for service. They were able to get to me on the same day. German was the plumber who came. He explained what he thought was wrong and got approval for each step prior to the repairs. He did a nice job and assured the area was clean when he left. I was pleased with everything but the price. The parts were approximately $40 and the bill total was approximately $283 (and that is with a $40 off coupon). I feel that the price was excessive for a 45 minute job. I am a nurse with advanced degrees and risk my own life going to work each day and my hourly wage is not close to what I was charged for 45 minutes.

The company sent out a gentleman named Mr. A. Adams. He was very patient, and kind. He was not in a hurry when I asked questions. He took as much time as I needed to answer all my questions. I am very thankful for his patience and kindness. The job was done well and everything was cleaned up. I will recommend this company to anyone in the future. Also, the young lady who took my call was very pleasant. Thank you Roto Rooter for such good customer service.

Mr. Ray was very professional and explained everything that was going on with my drain pipe. He completed the service and I am satisfied with the work that was done. Roto Rooter made it a point to confirm my appointment and Mr. Ray arrived within the time frame that was given to me. I will definitely use Roto Rooter in the future and highly recommend them.

We closed on our new home and immediately found out we had a leak. Our technician was Severn, he was so very helpful and professional over the several visits he made to complete the job. He w as s responsive and answered all questions my husband and I had. If we ever need any other water Restoration services we will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter and hopefully lucky enough to have Severn again. Thank you so much!
