I had a difficult clog in my kitchen sink. I had two different plumbing companies come out. They both snaked the line but could not unstop the clog. I felt I was being faced with the possibility of tearing into the slab in my kitchen, or somehow rerouting a new drain line outside. I felt like there should be another solution. That’s when I called ROTO ROOTER. Kelly came and surveyed the problem and called Rob Smith to come out. Within 10 minutes he had the clog cleared! And very relieved to find out I have pvc piping. I will definitely call them first next time!! They’re the best!!

Lyle was very personable and professional. He gave me a quote for the work to be done on the front end and there were no surprises. I’m very satisfied with the work he did and I will continue to call on Roto Rooter for service.

Kelly Gibson and his team came out to my place on Friday after I was quoted $16,000 by CONway services. Was told that I needed an entirely new system. Kelly came out and quoted $6300 worth of repairs. He was honest and very helpful as we had to get a tree cut down and he quickly referred a tree guy to accommodate our needs. It is not Monday and our plumbing is fixed and we can flush our toilets safely again. High recommend and will keep their numbers on hand for future plumbing issues we encounter.

Kelly was exceptional! We needed a sewer line scope for a house we’re buying, and he was so accommodating and responsive with scheduling us. Kelly told us what to expect and patiently answered our questions. I pray we don’t have plumbing issues for a LONG time, but Kelly will be the first person I call if we need help. Thanks, Kelly!

So grateful for Roto-Rooter! They came on an emergency call to address a backed up sewer main, and had the problem fixed and addressed in no time. They came back to determine the source of the issue; marked the location of the problem for the city, and put a cover on my uncovered sewer access point. Kelly was amazing. Service was quick and efficient. I had a client that wanted a scope done on a property he was buying on short notice and Kelly was right on top of it. He was there in about 15 minutes and showed me the live footage as he was scoping it. Luckily there were no majors issue and he noticed a potential issue that could arise from a previous owner and took care of it on the spot to prevent it from becoming major. I’ll be calling him and referring him for all of my and my friends and families plumbing needs!

I contacted Roto-Rooter on 8/10/24 pertaining to an underground water leak. They arrived a couple hours after I contacted them. The technician Kelly was very knowledgeable & helpful. I was told the problem would be fixed on 8/12/24. Indeed, it was! This company is very prompt as well as professional. I was truly pleased with my services. They have left a smile on my face. Plus, save me money as well. I most definitely will use them again, & I hope you will too.

We called Roto-Rooter to come check a flooding from toilet. The plumber named Lyla came out and told me he flushed it 5 times and the line was clear no charge. Needless to say I was happy! Fast forward a couple of hours, the toilet flooded! Had to call Conway and they came out and did a through job, and fixed problem..GO WITH Conway or some other company that cares to investigate and actually fix things!

I had a plumbing issue at my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with Kelly! From the moment I called, he was friendly and efficient. Kelly arrived on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to explain everything to me, ensuring I understood what went wrong and how to avoid similar issues in the future.

Outrageous charge of $293.00 to replace a $15.00 part that required no tool to replace. Not even an offer to reduce the service call fee this one time to a repeat customer. I’ll remember that.

Very professional, as well as respectful of property. I was impressed that the general manager himself to made a trip out to estimate and to clean out pipeline so we could have running water. Said he didn’t want us doing without. That kind of service goes a long way. He even said if we had problems during the weekend before Monday’s big fix he'd have his guys come out and clear again. No one else would go out of their way in the past to help us like this. Would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. Thank you gentlemen for your service.

I called on yesterday requesting assistance from the professional, I loved that I received a same day appointment, they also gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before coming to my home. The person that answered the telephone was very professional, friendly and polite! Mr. Chuck one of there tech person did a very professional job in cutting the outside wall, he was also friendly, polite, professional and did a perfect outline cut, wow very neat job! However, Mr. Chuck, the manager came out himself and look through the camera again he was polite, friendly and professional too! This team just didn’t do their jobs, they educated me how to take care of my issues, when to call for services for maintaining a problem free home! Plumber Jeff was phenomenal and patient. My new Kitchen faucet needed connector extensions, and Jeff fixed it in no time. He was very professional, worked with my schedule, and nice. Thanks for saving the day.

We called on a Tuesday morning, and they had someone available to check out the problem later that afternoon. They immediately figured out what the problem was and came back on Thursday to get it taken care of. They showed up at 10 am and were gone by noon. They were friendly, very competent, and very efficient. I recommend you try these guys first.
