We hired Premier for a small plumbing job last summer. Aaron came out and did a wonderful job - he was so polite and professional, and the work he did looked great. It was obviously done with a lot of skill, and he took a lot of care in our home to make sure he didn’t do any damage.
So when we had a larger job to do, it was an easy choice to call Premier again. Aaron even came out to do the pre-estimate visit! Unfortunately, he was not the one to complete the work. The result we received was sloppy. A supervisor came out with the two men who did the work and had them come back for repairs. While the supervisor was there, one of the workers used a vape. He was reprimanded.
That didn’t stop him from using a THC vape in my home when he returned to fix the work. They didn’t take much care with my home and left some floors damaged - at first I thought it was just dirt that my children weren’t trying hard enough to mop up. But I found it is actually some kind of adhesive that doesn’t budge. There was also damage to one section of my hardwood floors. The caulking job (that the worker took our personally purchased caulk to complete) is poor and has large gaps. Ultimately we told Premier we didn’t want them to come back, so they were unable to fix the new problems caused by their “fix.”
The price we paid might have been fair for skilled work done right the first time. But I have a bad taste in my mouth from how it actually happened and the result I’m left with.

Absolutely unacceptable. Unprofessional service. Unable to obtain my invoice to lower my water bill. I must provide a copy of my check to receive my invoice. Laura and Sara are uncooperative and dismissive, not allowing meaningful dialogue. They exhibit a superior attitude. I will never use them again.

Premier Plumbing and Mechanical did an amazing job replacing my water heaters. Aaron and his partner was nice and got the job done in a timely manner. I would most definitely recommend this company for any of your plumbing and mechanical needs!

It wasn’t resolved. But I don’t think it was the company fault it’s the people we rent from. But they were super nice on the phone

The first day my hot tank started leaking. They straight out took care of the problem. The technician was so nice and helpful to me.

I had water coming out of a pipe on the side of the house and had a feeling it was the hot water heater. They called me and set up an appointment to check it and was told that the hot water heater needed to be replaced. The repair man was very professional and personable. I live in a rental so I answer about prices

BE CAREFUL!!! This company and its owner, Laura McCoy, received financing from us and have failed to meet their repayment obligations. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter and ongoing legal efforts, they have avoided communication.

Avoid. I had a guy come out to look at some plumbing work I wanted done. A young man came out and as he was talking about wear and tear on a system, the guy violently open and closed faucets and shook stuff. I figured he probably knows what these things can take, because I never treat my things so roughly. But when we got to my water heater, I asked if the fittings could be replace as they were very visibly corroded. He said no, a full replacement was in order, and that's fine. I figured as much, but then the guy wanted to talk about the hardline copper he'd put in, shaking the hoses to demonstrate. A fitting snapped and we both got sprayed with warm water. He put the fitting back, but it was still leaking now, so I no longer had the luxury of time or planning. I kicked him to the curb and called Conway. Conway had a new heater installed within 24 hours. Premier eventually came back about 2 weeks later with a quote. They beat Conway's price, but if they had just not sent an erratic tech, and worked with me on the price after BREAKING MY STUFF, they would have sold me a new water heater install.

I made multiple attempts to just get my $75 diagnostic fee back, but they ghosted me every time, so now this review comes out.

Go with Conway. It's more expensive, but they're worth it.

Premier plumbing has been a reliable service for me. The men that arrived were so nice and polite and the service was completed quickly. I highly recommend Premier for any of your plumbing needs.

The guys doing the work are excellent and do a great job. The administration side of the operation leaves a lot to be desired - most of all in the communication area. In my case I spent literally a week being told that the job would be done 'tomorrow'. And 'tomorrow' I didn't hear a thing until I called to ask what was going on in the late afternoon - where I was once again told 'tomorrow'. All in all - the job that was supposed to be done on Monday was finally done on Saturday - but as far as I can tell, it was done well.

Smiths plumbing was fast at getting someone out to our home to figure out what was the problem with our water heater. Though we didnt go with them the plumber that came out NOVA was very professional, Imformative, and overall a kind guy. Thanks Smiths!

Brandon did a great job for us. Very professional company and super quick service. Everything was well explained with both job and pricing up front.

I have never had a bad experience with Smith’s Plumbing and now HVAc. Jason and JT showed up as scheduled and quickly completed my agreed upon repairs. Super friendly and answered any question I had about work being performed.

Joe Higgins came to my house twice to fix a clogged main pipe. He wasn't able to fix it the first day because of the ice storm but came back and he and his assistant fixed the issue and didn't make any mess. They were professional and did a great job that didn't break the bank. Will use again if I need them and will be asking for Joe.

I can’t say enough about this company by far the best that I have dealt with. Threw the best and threw the worst. I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone. Gage Griffin and everyone else there that I have had the pleasure of meeting are the best around. The ladies in the office don’t mess around d they get things done and fast too. I can’t thank y’all enough for all that you have done.
I’ll call back time and time again.

I will tell anyone that will listen that at the lowest point in my life as my wife of 43 years just went to heaven, Smith plumbing and Gage lifted my heart. They are considerate, caring, and just wonderful people. Not to mention great plumbers that fixed my problem so fast. Trust them with your work!

It started with Brock, a proficient, patient, helpful, thorough, and courteous representative of Smith’s Plumbing who arrived at scheduled time. With 3 bids on hand, after Brock responded to my questions on different brands of tankless, position of gas and water pipes, along with a competitive price, It was an EASY decision to have Smith’s Plumbing replacing my 2 tanks water heater with a Rinnai RSC 199 tankless!

Respectful, pleasant, and skillful install crew, Cody and Eli along with roofer Scott, took great care to protect wood floor and extra careful with hauling equipment up and down the stairs. The tankless water heater was up and running prior to 5PM on the same day.

Rest assured it was my first and surely not my last experience with Smith’s Plumbing as I am an extremely pleased customer!

Quick response to our service call request; our technician (Nova) was knowledgeable, professional, gave us options on repair approach, and resolved our plumbing issue. They may not be the cheapest plumber out there, but much prefer quality, professionalism and the right fix the first time, so very glad we went with Smith Plumbing!
