Had water pipe burst inside of my wall. Call Smith's 24 hour line. They came out and had it fixed within an hour. Great response time and service. I definitely will use them again.

Ordered the part, got the part, did the job. Professional in every way, including having a shovel on hand to break up solid ice over the cutoff at the street. And by breakup solid ice, I mean a good 20 foot section to *find* the cutoff. Don't know that I would have done it.

After telling Brandon what my issue was, he gave me a possible price, with an option of it not being as bad as it could be, that that price would be $100 less.
He went to work, came out with a smile on his face and quoted me the lesser price.
He was very congenital, polite and thorough. I really appreciated his work ethic.

Smith’s replaced 2 hot water heaters in August 2025 and fixed a leak(unrelated to water heaters) in January 2026. I shopped prices and they were the best. All work was done with the utmost of professionalism. I highly recommend. I had my previous plumbing company for 10+ years and Smith’s is my new one!!

Prior to using Smith's Plumbing, we were loyal to another local company. Over the years we've seen a slight change and decided to try Smith's. We were VERY impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and time spent during our recent service call. The representative, Zach, despite his "youth" was exceptionally impressive! The original reason for the call was for our annual back flow check. During the visit, Zach offered alternative solutions to another situation that was in need of attention. Zach displayed the unique ability to "think outside the box". We're going to give Smith's plumbing a shot at a major plumbing project that we have planned.

We woke up to a stopped up drain and an inch of water on our basement. Called Smith Plumbing and the tech called us within 10 minutes that he was on his way. They were here within the hour and assessed and corrected the problem. Brandon D was knowledgeable and friendly and felt like the prices were fair. Highly recommend!!

Brandon was so wonderful! He was friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. He knew how to asses the next steps immediately to unclog our main line, and even though the job we need done is outside their scope- they were able to refer us to a contractor who specializes in what we need to get done! I couldn’t be more happy. This all started as a random scroll through Google, and now I have found our life long plumber!

So far so good I hope the work that was done ✔️ is sufficient, however , only time will tell lol 😅. But the guys were great in attitude and spirit , the completed work looks good to the untrained eye so we shall see !!

Sunday: no water from cold faucet & shower - in one bathroom. Everything else works. Brandon puzzled it out, got it fixed - quickly. Plumbing is not simple. it’s not always obvious. Smith Plumbers are courteous, knowledgeable, honest. Smith Plumbing has solved large & small problems for me. Great service. Clear explanations & Great work. Highly recommend

Called for an emergency situation and not only did they arrange wonderful Mr Zac Simonton to come to our house, they also arranged for him to return the very next day when I declined his initial recommendation to first talk to my husband who at the time was out of the country. Zac came back the next day after I decided to go forward and fixed everything. The office staff was the friendliest and most helpful ever and Mr Zac did an amazing job. Btw, not the first time we’ve had first rate service from Smith’s Plumbing. They’re always available and always provide great service. We will NEVER go to anyone else. Five Star Service. All the way!

This project was super easy. Got the appointment on next day. Brandon is very professional and came right on time. Quickly looked at the issue, gave me a quote and fix it within an hour. More importantly he cleaned up everything very carefully without leaving any trace of his work. Excellent service. Will call the service again without any hesitation.

Choice of repairing 8 year old gas water heater that hadn’t been properly maintained or replacing. I chose replacement. The team completing the installation were polite and professional. They appeared to be very knowledgeable.

Ice slid off my roof and damaged my heat pump. JT and Jason made quick work of the repair including a new pad under my unit and replacing insulation on the copper tubing. They cleaned up the work area before leaving and made certain the unit functioned properly. I would recommend Smith Plumbing and JT and Jason to anyone.
