We had a busted pipe after being frozen. Called Ron at One Stop and he promised to get us taken care of the same day. On time, knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable! We were more than pleased. As luck would have it, our furnace went out two days later. Good thing One Stop does heating and air, because once again we got expert service that was speedy and accommodating to my schedule. I plan on trusting Ron and One Stop with all of our future plumbing and HVAC needs.

Ron came out to my house the very next day after I called and installed a new A/C unit and his guys did a wonderful job. His prices are very reasonable and his guys were very friendly. They were very neat with there work and they even took a few minutes to play with my dogs. I highly recommend his services. He even called me a few days after the install to check on how things were going. Great guy!

Our technician thoroughly checked both HVAC units and discussed pictures and condition of systems. He was very personable and communicated effectively with us. A new AV bulb was needed.

Alyssa and the whole team were very professional explaining what they were going to do and then following up after. They made sure to leave everything as they found it even though they had to move furniture to get to some of the vents. I would definitely use them again.

I requested an AC/ Heating Cleaning and your service representative charge me $500.00 just put Freon. I've never paid an excessive for Freon and change filter. That price was extremely high. Also , the service representative told there was a lot of things wrong with my unit. This was a tactic for me to spend more money. Previously I read very good reviews for Choate AC/ Heating but that amount was extremely over the top.
