It was too late to be doing a house call to look at plumbing that time of the night,!It only took 10 minutes if that he could not go up under there because it was water under the house so he could not tell where the leak was coming from and he left..

Premier plumbing was the best in taking care of our plumbing needs. They responded right away when we reported a leak in the bathroom ceiling by contacting us and making an appointment to check it out and kept us informed by phone or texts each step of the way from when they informed the property mgmt that we needed a replacement for our faulty water heater to when they would have someone out to install a new one. It was done in a matter of hours. They cleaned up and hauled away the old one and packaging. The workmen were courteous and professional. Everything is fine. Great job!

We rent, so we had no choice in the plumbing service that was used when we needed help recently. At first I was hopeful that Premier Plumbing would be a great choice, but it turns out not to be the case. While they responded promptly, the technician didn't come out to the house until 8:00 that night. (We spoke to them at 2 pm on a Monday). Of course at that point it was too late and too dark for the technician to locate the clean out, and we were told they would have to come back and look at it again. The next step would be to cut a hole in the wall to locate the vent. The first available time for them to send someone back out to our house would be that following Friday. Four days later. That's four days of having to run to the gas station everytime someone needed to use the restroom. Four days of not being able to wash clothes, etc.. I wish the story ended there, but it does not. When the next two technicians came, they attempted again to find the clean out with no success. They were going to have to cut a hole in the wall above the toilet. We were expecting this, so it wasn't a surprise, but the technicians didn't even check the attic first to make sure the vent was there. It was not. Now we have a giant hole in the wall that is our responsibility to fix, for no reason. They put a camera down and were not able to find any kind of blockage, so we aren't even sure what caused our problem in the first place, or if it will happen again. Hopefully this will help someone make a better informed decision on who to call before they are left in a similar position.

This is one of the best companies I have worked with when it comes to plumbing repairs. I always receive top notch prompt service. I recently received service from Aaron who is one of the technicians with the company. He did a excellent job, as always. I have worked with Aaron in the past. He is a genuinely kind person and is very knowledgeable about plumbing and mechanical issues.

The technician was professional, polite, and very informative. He answered each question with great knowledge and understanding. He explained everything to me in laymen’s terms. I am totally satisfied. Thank you!!!!!

They said couldn't do it need alot more work more money. I called another company they came out with in a1 hr they weren't here not even 20 min job done working fine even cheaper then premier.

Premier Plumbing has provided excellent service since day one. This has been a long road of replacing the master bathroom tub. Premier Plumbing sent someone out with exceptional service but before dispatching them, they provided information via text and phone call. In every text, a picture of the plumbers coming were sent prior to them actually coming to my home. They clean up after themselves & have eased my mind every step of the way. We are in the home stretch of this project and I am confident they will finish the way they began, with top notch service. Thank you premier plumbing.
